Why would you compare CO2 to cyanide ??

I'd prefer C02 not be compared to deadly poisons lethal at any dose.

Joseph walker was making the fallacious argument that there could be no ill climate effects of co2 because of the relatively small concentrations

I am making the point that the deleterious impact of a substance is not calculated in that way.... and provided cyanide and botulism as example of substances whose harm can occur in small concentrations....

    Good
Can go on to considerer that existing small concentrations of GHG already have a substantial impact on our climate.... and therefore small added amounts of will necessarily also have impacts. The idea that something (including co2) cannot have an impact because of small concentrations is fallacious

Another example you may prefer is refrigerant. (Cfcs)
These caused an ozone hole in minuscule concentrations

Most people don’t understand that retreating glaciers are not melting. The snow fall in the area which feeds the glaciers is reduced. This can be seen in Alaska’s Glacier Bay where some glaciers are retreating and others are continuing to produce icebergs.

CO2 is not deleterious. It is necessary for life. The earth is greening due to the increasing CO2 we are experiencing in the last ~ 80 years.

The is no evidence that CO2 is impacting our climate. There is abundant evidence that global warming is beneficial and that increasing CO2 is beneficial.

Nope the Little Ice Age and Medival warm period obviously happened, that is not in dispute.....You make up reasoning behind it.

Why did the MWP and LIA occur ??? Why did the Roman and Minoan Warm Periods and subsequent cooling occur ??? Why did the other six warm periods occur ??? They were all very similar to ou present warming period. Why did those occur ??

Try reading an actual climate history textbook like H. H. Lamb’s “Climate History and the Modern World” - 1995.

The MWP was global. Dr. Lamb provides an entire 30 page chapter (12) on the LIA.

And of course plants love that “toxic poison”.

    In science it is

Try getting a grade on an academic paper by citing 20 year old papers

Really? Pity you cannot find anything specific to support that statement

The MWP was caused by that ???

What about the other 8 warming periods ???

I love it when the opposition resorts to ad Homs. It means they have run out of arguments

    See

You cannot even keep the timelines correct let alone the different climate variances.

Now for the sake of clarity WTF are you actually talking about

Really. You must think as many alarmists do that the Mann hockey stick negated all the Climate Science that before 1998. The alarmists were positively giddy when the stick eliminated the MWP and dismissed the hundreds of scientific papers which documented the global MWP.

All scientific papers refer to other papers. Some references are decades and centuries old.
