it would take one "muh rights" hill billy to get shot for pointing a gun at the state militia with his finger on the trigger for the facade to break.

Once again you are totally clueless just like in the last thread you created where you where proven to be incorrect beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Militia would not turn on the people it will turn on you.

So that happens if the federal government send a declaration of federalising the militia and they refuse saying their loyalties are to their state and not to the federal government what would they do?

Probably nothing and just be annoyed.

You just stated they are Federal so what in the He** are you babbling about now?

You keep this argumentative crap up here and you will end up just as you did in a few other forums you no longer can post in.

Doesn't matter for a simple reason as I already explained, the Militia places the Constitution ahead of any majority or mob rule.

That's why staff, faculty and parents with CCW permits should be allowed to carry on campus.

Get rid of the "Gun Free Zone" crap.

Jailed and tried for what crime? Or since you've violated posse comitatus, do you plan on violating due process as well?

Wait, did you get elected emperor by these same people? Man, your imagination keeps getting weirder.

Progressives love their tyranny. Good thing we have a second amendment to keep you dictator types in check.

Obstruction of Justice and aiding criminals.
I would be elected by an anti gun majority. So yes. Also counties are creatures of the state.
Just doing the will of the majority
Because it is not banning guns just making sure only those who are safe have access

Obstruction of Justice doesn't mean what you think it means, and aiding and abetting is certainly not the precident you want to set. Otherwise all the governors, leos and AG's of sanctuary cities will be up for grabs.

By rescinding the right to vote. Love it.

Thats how you start a civil war. Do you think gun control is worth a civil war? Do you think you would win?

First we no longer have state militias we have the national Guard which like the Army swears allegiance not to politicians but to the constitution.
2nd what state militias actually exist haven't sworn allegiance to much of anything. In the main they are a bunch of gun toting good old boys, with minor delusions of competence who are far more likely to shoot the person issuing such an order than they are to enforce it.

Precisely, his whole idea is moronic and unconstitutional on several counts, and his understanding of the situation on the ground here is so grossly inaccurate that he almost has to be from somewhere else. His notion that state militias are sworn to uphold the states above all else being but one example.

You really wanna see a civil war, dont you? Do you have any idea how easy it would be for a few 'rebels' to shut down essential utilities in the blue democrat strongholds forcing them to keep all the police and military there on the streets to keep the rabble from looting and burning the place to the ground? You really dont want to start a civil war. It won't go the way you think.

Its fortunate that our government officials at least have the sense to 'war-game' rural Americas innevitable response to the sort of authoritarian crap you think is a good idea, lest they might actually try it.

I really hope you never access any position of authority.

It's funny how a lack of success in personal life can sometimes turn into a conviction that the solution to the problem would be to be in charge of everything.

    The losers gambit?

A state level civil war? Well it would be short lived considering most of the red counties have extremely small populations that are scattered. Cut off electicity to those counties and wait.
Martial law would be easy to impose with such a small population. On the streets without express permission to get stuff from the local stores, you get arrested. Simple.
All we need is water tanks and mace/tear gas and rubber bullets no one dies and we still win. (or they you know flee the state to more gun friendly states)
All you need to do is line the county line on the roads with tire spikes. cant use your vehicles gl.
I feel like I would be popular in the primary being so anti gun so maybe one day.

Okay then grandparents who have guns in the home should lose all rights to have a relationship with the grandkids, because I would NEVER let them stay the night anywhere a gun is present.
