One has to admire how the Dems always march in lock step.

I don't think so. People like real news, and the DNC is self-destructing in front of our eyes.

The situation currently unfolding in the united states is certainly one that may qualify as interesting. Donald Trump is called a racist for criticizing senators who are members of the black community. Yet the individuals fighting to win the nomination for the democrat party are all criticizing Barack Obama and his policies, who was also a member of the black community, meaning they can all be labeled as racists.

Trying to bring things a bit back toward reality here. This is all standard Democratic theater. The Democratic primaries are now, and have been for sometime, controlled by far left clowns. The clowns have been moving ever farther left and growing more emboldened year by year for a dozen or more years. The fact that Trump won in a country where they increasingly believe they are the Majority, never mind polling data that shows them to be no more than 20% of the population as a whole, scared the hell out of them so we now add desperation to the mix and voila you get the current democratic race to the left during the primary season.

Once the primary season is over whichever one of these lying clowns wins will run back to the middle so fast it will make your head swim. It is Democrat SOP, they've been doing it for more than a half a century now. They will hope that when the question arises as to who they were lying to their primary voters or the general electorate that there will be enough empty headed tools that will either ignore that salient question and Vote D because their family has always voted D to win the election. The thing is the debate is out in the open this time around for all to see, And that question may not be so easy to avoid and the evidence of their eyes and ears is obviously that this isn't mom and dad's Democratic party let alone grandma and grandpa's and the evidence of 2016 is that a lot of voters aren't real happy with that change.

Ordinarily I'd agree with your post primary analysis but I think if one of these leftist gets the nomination they are going to stay left for the general election. They pretty much have to because if they don't the radical element that now owns the DNC will turn on them like rabid dogs.

And there in lies the amber in which the Democrats and I might add the Republicans to a lesser degree, are stuck. You can't win without your base but in order to get the base to show up you have to campaign in such away the the middle runs from you. And right now the economy is better than it's been in years people are more comfortable financially, so while they don't like Trump personally they aren't willing to brook the sort of wholesale changes to their lives the Dems are yelling about.

I does seem that they are running against Obama instead of Trump. I agree with Reid, that is a very odd strategy. Now this is the beginning of the primary season where each candidate has to court fellow Democrats. It's hard to see how throwing Obama under the bus accomplishes that. Taking on Trump can be left to the general election. After all, one first must win the nomination.

I do find it very strange that when Obamacare is at its highest popularity, 47% of Americans favor it, 37% oppose. It's Obamacare that they are attacking. Why would they be attacking something that has finally become popular?

No one can win the presidency if they are so far to the left that Barack Hussein Obama appears to be a right wing reactionary.

If you are a conservative, any of your criticisms will be considered racist no matter what you say. Even if you don’t like a black person’s favorite car or sports team, that’s racist.

But liberals can can actually be racist and the situation will be ignored.

It’s an American double standard that we’ve lived with for 50+ years.

I don't think that's entirely true; your editorializing. No where did I hear anyone say his admin was a total failure; there was some criticism of his policies by those seeking to be the democratic nominee but IMO not a sweeping conclusion that his Admin was a "total failure".

Even the dems want to move on from the horrible Obama years...I am however not surprised to see Mika and Joe (Comcast owned) wanting the bad years back.

    That's absolutely absurd.

The people who seem racist either seem that way because they say obvious things, or subtle things, or they act like it's not even a problem at all and look the other way. The only racism they seem to acknowledge is racism they ridiculously blame on the left, or racism against white people or Christians. Then all of a sudden, it's a real issue.

The GOP can't put the blame on others....

The GOP needs to take a good hard look in the mirror because it's all on them.

Trump criticized the squads' public pronouncements and he was called a racist.

He wasn't criticizing their race, just their ideology.

Well I'm not going to explain it for you. I think you know why that is.

So do you think Trump has ever said or done anything that is racist?

Or do you really honestly think he is, as he says, the least racist person?

I think he's colorblind. He's rude to everyone. Didn't he say Ted Cruz's wife was a slut and his father killed JFK? White people generally ignore it. Blacks hold press conferences and scream racism.

Hmmm, so calling a woman a slut is proof that Trump is not what people say he is????????????

    Imo, that's exactly more proof.

He's not colorblind or gender blind at all. He makes typical cracks about women in the exact same way as he does with others. There is always an underlying sexist or racist tone to his comments.

He's like Archie Bunker. Just a complete assjack.

His "rudeness", no matter how you slice it, is just simply unprofessional. He's unfit. He's an embarrassment to the office of the president, and to all of America.
