Zogby: ‘Poor performances’ of Democrats boost Trump’s approval to 51%, up with blacks and Hispanics

President Trump’s approval rating has edged up, driven by long-term confidence in his economy and boosted by the lackluster performances of the two dozen Democrats trying to beat him in the 2020 election, according to the latest Zogby Analytics poll. The contrarian survey, provided exclusively to Secrets, pushes back on some other recent polls showing a surge in Trump’s disapproval rating.

Namely, it found that recent issues portrayed as trouble for Trump haven’t hurt him and that he is growing in support among Africans Americans, Hispanics, independents, and younger voters.

This is another example of the democrats handing Trump 2020 wrapped up in a bow.

Although there is support for a generic democrat in 2020, when actual dem candidates are put up against Trump, they do poorly.

I believe the democrat primary clown show will end up helping Trump the most.

It will be interesting to watch the denial of increasing black approval. Will have elements of both fear and racism. Fear of being bettered by POC (something no white Progressive actually wants to experience - lip service notwithstanding), and the essential racism in that fear.

 

Every other polling agency disagreeing with the findings should be the biggest red flag.

 

Gallup polls ALL, Rasmussen and Zogby both poll LIKELY voters.

Any imbecile knows that polls of ALL voters, even polls of REGISTERED voters are totally meaningless. Polls of likely voters are the polls of people who are actually [gasp] likely to vote and both Rasmussen and Zogby's results speak for themselves.

Depends, if you want to know what all of America thinks, you poll all adults. If you have an election in mind, you poll likely voters. We know that on average 45% of all adults do not vote. That gets cut down to 20% when one polls only likely voters.

Bottom line, if one is interested in getting an idea about an upcoming election, go with likely voters. If one wants to know what America as a whole thinks about somethings, go with all adults.

 

Obama's polices certainly were. Hildog promised to continue his legacy. And she lost. Spectacularly.
