This is Chinese bought poor quality building materials, the entire world have been flooded with this garbage and likely many high-rise buildings that have been built in the last 15-20 years will likely only last 25 - 30 years... the Victorian coast is a wetter area. Some favour the aboriginal land management methods of regular burning off of scrub. This reduces the fuel for fires, and takes the heat out of them. SW Western Australia has had a fire in June. Must be very dry.
