Charities are usually publicly funded. This doesn't mean Charities are legitimate either- many are, and many are simply cash cows generating revenue which is funneled out as "expenses". The IRS classifies the Clinton device as a foundation rather than a charity. Foundations are normally family run and financed, and always have some laudable objectives- but when your foundation gets "contributions" that sequence consistently with over-paid speeches by Bill and favors from the state departments run by Hillary...
