Yes they were by others, for instance others who worked at the diner/bar, and of course the forged yearbook entry. They had no contemporaneous corroboration. Plotted to be exposed only AFTER Moore could not be removed and no way to prove the claims or defend against them. As I said more Democrat trash.

 

The yearbook forgery does not refute the testimony of the accusers.

 

Who had no corroboration and statements were refuted by others. It goes to the credibility of the person making the allegation. Were this to be in a court and she produced it and swore to it and then found out that it was a forgery she would have been charged with a crime and any testimony she gave struck.

And let's not forget Alabama Democrats once hired a prostitute to smear a Republican and got caught one convicted in court but overturned on a technicality. The Moore case is different. Your yearbook "refutation" claim was nonsense. That someone works in a job where the age is 16 and the person is 15 - is not uncommon .. this refutes nothing. That does not mean we accept the claimants claim - but it was sure a hell not "REFUTED" get a grip.

As I said, they were unprovable undefendable claims and there were people with knowledge at the time who refuted her statements as I listed stop with the denials. The yearbook alone brings her story into question. There was one other vague accusation, again and unprovable undefendable claim. And again not brought forth until after he could not be removed from the ballot and in the hopes he would quietly withdraw and the Democrats would win by default and the accusers not have to come forward.
