Finding and Fixing the root causes of Mass Shootings

I was raised 7 miles from the border. I now live in middle American and there are as many Mexicans here as there were there then. In fact near the border, you can find yourself in an establishment where the clerk doesn't understand English at all.

Your desire to blame the El Paso shooter on Trump when the El Paso shooter says otherwise means you need to blame Warren for the Dayton shooter.

 

I've seen claims of the El Paso shooter parroting the same language as tRump. The point should be no President should say the crap tRump says, whether it encourages a shooting or not.

You must live in a strange hood to have as many Mexicans in middle America as on the border. I've examined those border counties, particularly in Texas and they have significant amounts of Hispanics. Four of those border counties in Texas were in the top 50 poorest counties in the US.

I don't rely on media for such basic information, you should try it sometime.

Seems to me we're just observing the unimpeded thoughts and capabilities of the human brain. Who can predict why someone can conjure up heinous thoughts and follow through on those thoughts? Better yet...how to prevent the follow through? How is it possible to measure someone's mental aptitude to carry out such heinous acts? If a person is deemed not mentally qualified to own a fire arm, why aren't we concerned about these same people around knives or autos or matches? Regarding fire arms, etc. I don't think it will make an ounce of difference we if ban high-capacity magazines, however, since there is no viable reason for them, and since they hold a stigma, and since politics demands some form of action take place, I have no problem banning high-capacity magazines...but this won't slow or stop mass-shootings. The same applies to the AR15 or any so-called assault weapon...they can be banned but this won't slow or stop mass-shootings. This brings me back to the human brain and it's capability at any given moment on any day...
