    Well, that tweet is talking about staying longer than 8 years, but your point is well taken for 2020 as well.... I was discussing that earlier today with somebody (in some thread - maybe this one)

    What do you think is a possible scenario?? The new president rolls up to the White House on 1/20/2021 and the locks have been changed? Trump just won't leave the building?? With Kushner and Ivanka patrolling with AK's??

    I'm sure he'll bitch and moan for several years afterwards (and heavily for the 3 months until inauguration day) and continue saying he was screwed (by 52.9% of the vote - my prediction), but he'll physically leave....

    I didn't say serve with an indictment. The job of the office was to investigation and make any criminal referrals to the AG who would then go to the Congress with them requesting they remove the President for prosecution. Mueller did not and punted to the AG who along with the DAG and the OLC found no crime to refer to Congress.

    But by God I hope you prove me right and Trump turns out to be the dog that barked a lot but never dared to bite. At least, not in a election result.

    So American intelligence agencies concluded that Russia interfered in American elections and your takeaway is that it was “fake” because the NYT said it was 17 agencies and then corrected the story to say it was 4?
    The core of that story was correct. A detail was corrected. No intelligence agency had concluded that the Russians didn’t interfere.
    If that’s the best you’ve got, you’re really struggling.

    People like Hillary, Bill Maher, many on MSNBC and CNN are still going with 17 intelligence agencies.

    None ever mentioned that it was only a couple of selected dozen who came to the conclusion without having being challenged.

    Where and how did Russia meddle in the elections ?
    Facebook.

    Facebook sold Russia ads on Facebook.

    100% wrong. The Mueller investigation was never about vote manipulation. It was about Russian interference in our elections. That was proven beyond a doubt. It was also proven that members of the Trump campaign used the stolen data against Hillary which was Russia's intent. It's in the report - read it.

    Basically the House Investigation report determined that the administration KNEW it was not about a video, but was a planned terror attack.....but you keep on believing what CNN or MSNBC tells you. Myself, I have actually read the report. I agree that there was nothing neferious or neglect in the response, but the claim it was over a video was a complete lie and Susan Rice knew it.

    Not really.... that was all before my political awakening...

    I'll tell you what though.... I cannot speak to those hearings or times, but the limited times I saw Gowdy in 2018 before he wisely tucked tail and ran like hell, he was the cream of the Republican crop.... If he couldn't get anything to stick in Benghazi, there was nothing there...
