Uh huh sure that's exactly what happened and y'all got collective amnesia on what anti-semitism meant when Omar was talking but now you've conveniently remembered again....... How brave

It's hilarious how wrong you are in every way:

Ilhan Omar apologizes after Pelosi denounces tweet as anti-Semitic
Democrats moved quickly after the freshman lawmaker suggested support for Israel stemmed from campaign donations.

Congresswoman Omar’s use of anti-Semitic tropes and prejudicial accusations about Israel’s supporters is deeply offensive,” said Pelosi, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn and other party leaders in a statement. “We condemn these remarks and we call upon Congresswoman Omar to immediately apologize for these hurtful comments.“

"My intention is never to offend my constituents or Jewish Americans as a whole," Omar said in a statement Monday afternoon. "We have to always be willing to step back and think through criticism, just as I expect people to hear me when others attack me for my identity. This is why I unequivocally apologize."

So she and others didn't try to shift the narrative from the language to being able to criticize Jewish money in politics when it was never about that but specifically her language?

Nancy didn't pass a weak resolution that didn't directly call out said language?

You all spent months changing the argument which is why Trump talked about it over and over again but now you remember what anti-semitism means. Racist bigot sexist xenophobe homophobe are just words Dems use to score political points and proof for that is when a Dem does one of those words you look the other way and Omar illan and Ralph Northam come to mind

That said, while it’s true that to suggest a cabal of Jewish moneymen control Congress from behind the scenes via their perfidious financial influence certainly does traffic in anti-Semitic stereotypes, it’s also clearly true that pro-Israel forces’ financial clout makes a difference in American politics.

Here's Vox doing exactly what Dems did excuse away the anti-semitic language

That is what the Trumpocity and his funny fiddle of fans are trying to paint them as. They will be foolish if they do not set the record straight.

Seriously man what proof do you have that those Dem boys and girls are anti-Semitic and terrorists? That is as stupid of an accusation as saying that Trump is a Hitler.

Are the Dem Senators Schumer, Rosen, and Bloomer Blumenthal anti- Semitic terrorists? Is Bernie Sanders an anti-Semitic terrorist?

    Unbelievable.

Trump and his base are truly unbelievable.

You all have been trying to paint the entire left as anti-Semitic for months and months...

even though the vast majority of American Jewish people completely disagree and support Democrats....

and now Trump has erased that ridiculous game you all have feebly tried to play in one fell swoop of complete hypocritical anti-Semitic stupidity.

Btw, do you support Jewish Americans? Do you feel if they vote Democrat they “either (have) a total lack of knowledge or great disloyalty.”

Do you agree with what Trump said, yes or no?

“@realDonaldTrump verified that he invoked an anti-Semitic trope, asserting that American Jews should be ‘loyal’ to Israel by supporting him,” tweeted Jewish Democratic Council of America executive director Halie Soifer. “90% of American Jews consider themselves ‘pro-Israel’ and about 3/4 of them are Dems because Jews vote their values.”

Trump was also criticized for writing a series of tweets on Wednesday morning defending himself by quoting conservative commentator and conspiracy theorist Wayne Allyn Root - a Jewish convert to Christianity - who claimed that Israeli Jews “love him like he’s the King of Israel.”

Trump seemed to continue on that line of thought in his White House lawn appearance. When asked about his approach to the trade war with China, Trump reportedly stated, “I am the chosen one.”

It seems clear that Trump knew he had lost much of his deplorable anti-Semitic base...Duke and company...

now, as the election nears, anti-Semitic Trump is back in full force.

    The guy is truly demented.

What lol Omars rhetoric was clearly anti-semitic and the Democrats didn't do enough ie stripping her of committee duties or directly calling her out. Most media members changed the argument in a way to provide cover as I showed in that excerpt above. I haven't painted a broad brush with Democrats as a whole but they were being anti semitic apologists since she uttered those words yet they strangely don't offer those same apologies up for Trump. Maybe it's about politics not morals ?

I'm not sure how Trump has erased Omar's comments and the media being apologists for anti semitic comments..... You know two things can be true at the same time right?

'A Bullhorn to His White Nationalist Base': Progressive Jews Hit Back After Trump's Anti-Semitic Smear
"This rhetoric from the president is going to get Jews killed. It already has."

Progressive Jews accused President Donald Trump of blaring "straightforward anti-Semitism" after he said from the Oval Office on Tuesday that Jewish Americans who vote for the Democratic Party are either ignorant or disloyal.

"It is not merely an anti-Semitic dog whistle—it's a bullhorn to his white nationalist base," said IfNotNow. "American Jews and Democratic voters know full well the impact of the racist policies of Netanyahu and the Israeli government on the Palestinian people. This is why an overwhelming majority... oppose those policies, like unchecked settlement expansion."

The idea that Jews are disloyal and trying to undermine our country from the left has been the animating force behind the deadly, antisemitic violence we've seen under the Trump administration.

This rhetoric from the president is going to get Jews killed. It already has.

How is saying one should be loyal to their homeland worse than uttering Jewish stereotypes about them with money?

    Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

It wasn't okay...she was called out.

You call her out, you falsely call the Dems out...

But you don't call Trump out and you keep trying to distract from Trump in the here and now.

    It's BS.

    And you know it.

Because 1. There was zero consquences given to Omar and 2. No one else called her out they just offered apologies.

Saying you should be loyal to your home is not nearly as offensive as saying negative stereotypes of a person.

Walk up to an Japanese person and tell them they should be loyal to Japan then walk up to another and say a negative stereotype about their driving, their genital size or about their eyes and compare which gets a worse reaction
