    First of all I do not recognize dual citizenship. If we do what I propose those Russian criminals will not be able to have anchor babies. The offspring of Russian criminals can have their Russian citizenship and go back to where they came from for real.

    Mexicans have more of a right to Texas New Mexico and parts of Louisiana than Europeans do, they were living in and occupying that land for 300 plus years before the Mexican American waThey ALLOWED Moses Austen to live in their territory prior to the war.

    If you were talking about 100% pure native Americans younwould be correct. Most all of Mexicans are hybridized from European Spanish and native peoples. BTW native Indian peoples were here over 10,000 to 15,000 years ago not 300 years ago.

    If you are living here legally then you have a green card and are eligible for citizenship after 5 years of residency.

    It would stop pregnant women making a dangerous crossing of the desert, many in the company of ruthless human traffickers to reach 'magic soil' to become another welfare case. It entices pregnant women into danger, but few seem to give a damn.

    That’s not always the case.
    Also, what if parents chose to stay in the US illegally. They would not be able to put their child through normal development process - medical checkups, vaccinations, compulsory education and so on.
    Denying the citizenship to a child that has not done anything wrong is immoral. Why should a child pay for the sins of his/her parents? Besides, do you really want a bunch of unvaccinated illiterate kids running around on the streets? That’s like a step back into the 19th century.

    Birthright citizenship is necessary and it’s not going anywhere.

    I think that you are confusing birthright issues with illegal alien issues.

    You will not that I said one patent being a citizen, or both parents being legal resident immigrants. An illegal is not an immigrant an illegal is a criminal.

    You also have gone into what may be considered a hysterical rant about socialist and socialism. I am talking birthright problems. Socialism is bad but that is another thread that you should start.

    You should join the Arizona dipsh*t patrol. Then you too can stop a real live pregnant Mexican. For every one you stop, I think you get a little chili pepper pin to wear on your camouflage jacket. They are hiring right now in front of the Gila Bend Walmart.

    There are rich ChiCom women, and Russian criminal oligarchs, and Irish summer workers who get here by airliner and are legal visotors who overstay their visas. They do not cross the desert or dig under Trump's future make believe wall.
