If they are born here they have US citizenship. If their parents native country also grants them citizenship, they are dual citizens.

First off, you don't need a constitutional amendment to clarify the aforesaid 14th Amendment.

Second, the anchor baby concept has never been challenged in court. You libs can spout off all you want but anchor babies of illegal aliens has never been approved by any court case, unlike the Wong Kim Ark case that libs, incorrectly, rely upon.

Now I give you the plain language of Section 5 of the 14th Amendment since you have no clue what the second required prong, i.e. 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof', means:

"The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."

Hence, no constitutional amendment is needed. PERIOD.

I am totally in favor of civilian gun ownership here in America. I think it is dangerous for only government officials to be allowed to be armed. I have owned guns all my life and would not give them up easily. However I might support some regulation depending on how it was written if it showed any evidence that it would help stop these senseless mass shootings. Up to now, I have not seen any such specific legislation. I never got any student loans and neither did my kids. They got baseball scholarships thanks to the 50,000 plus ground balls and fly balls I hit them in my spare time along with the over 100,000 batting practice fastballs I threw them. I never got any free stuff nor did I ever ask for any. Both Republicans and Democrats have been pissing my hard earned tax dollars for decades now so I am not a member of either of those two confederacy’s of whores. I voted for Perot twice and Governor Johnson last time. I think Trump is a phony, a crook and a lying sack of crap so I definitely do not support him.
