Why do you assert they were about sending people to prison. Congress cannot send people to prison, they can only oversee the operations of the various departments and cabinet secretaries whom the confirm. The hearings found LOTS of failings by the Clinton Department of State and the obvious collusion and cover up as to their failings in circumventing and reacting to the attack and then their collusion and conspiracy to cover up the facts.

 

Simple question for you. Were any of those failings they discovered criminal in nature? If so, why hasn't our current AG done anything about it?
