    I can even provide a breakdown of the AHA relief brief...

    In 2014, the American Hospital Association (AHA), together with three plaintiff hospitals, filed a complaint against the Secretary of HHS, which sought mandamus relief to compel HHS to decide pending Medicare reimbursement appeals within the statutory timeframes.[3] After a years-long battle, on December 5, 2016, the US District Court for the District of Columbia issued a Memorandum Opinion granting mandamus relief to the appellants.[4]

    In issuing its Memorandum Opinion, the district court ordered the following:

    • 30% reduction from the current backlog of cases pending at the ALJ level by December 31, 2017;
    • 60% reduction from the current backlog of cases pending at the ALJ level by December 31, 2018;
    • 90% reduction from the current backlog of cases pending at the ALJ level by December 31, 2019; and
    • Elimination of the backlog of cases pending at the ALJ level by December 31, 2020.

    Obama was a henchman and you seem to be in denial that he was.

    And you think the audit implemented to identify and collect improper Medicare payments was really put in place to kill people off? Yikes....

    Punt, oops some one moved the field. The argument sir is that the Democrats are arguing for increasing levels of government involvement in just about every aspect of our lives. If you are Okay with that fine I can't stop you but while it may not meet the text book definition of socialism, it sure as hell does bear a striking resemblance to Mussolini's so called third way which by the way is but socialism once removed.

    NOt on purpose of course but that's damn well how it worked out in practice. The chief creation of large bifurcated multilevel governments, of which the US is the only one currently extant, is unintended consequences.

    You already think taxation is socialism so what more is there really to talk about? And no, I don't want my taxes to be raised.

    Taxation, especially excessive taxation is always an aspect of socialism.

    Then apparently the US is already socialist with taxes, Medicare, Medicaid, SS, etc.

    Voting among Jews is more closely related to religious views than it is education. Non-religious Jews vote Democrat overwhelmingly, as do Reform Jews, Conservative Jews less than them, and Orthodox Jews vote Republican.

    [IMG]

    Meanwhile, the Muslims have the lowest IQ's and the least education of any religious group in America but vote 70% for the Democrats.

    Of course government healthcare sucks. Government provided anything sucks, and the reason is that government employees are not motivated to wait on customers, they are motivated to wait on whatever government bureaucrat is higher than them in the hierarchy. Their jobs are not linked to customer service but to bootlicking. And because no government bureaucracy is dependent on profit to stay in business, government bureaucracies are the least efficient, most corrupt organizations in any society. I honestly don't understand how the same people who bitch about the DMV want to put the same people in charge of health care, as if that's going to make health care better.

    Americans who support government healthcare can't imagine it being as bad as the VA.

    "The OIG report said that more than 3,400 Arizona veterans were subjected to delays while on unauthorized wait lists and that at least 28 patients were affected by "clinically significant delays in care." Six of them died. The report also criticized the Phoenix VA Health Care System for "unacceptable and troubling lapses in follow-up, coordination, quality and continuity of care" and said managers knew about the scheduling misconduct."

    I always find it amusing that people think DMV level healthcare is a good thing.

    because it would only be health care coverage, not private health care doctors

    in fact when Obama allowed the vets to choose hospitals vs the VA that helped a lot... still the government covering it though

    "Progressive" reform = DIY surgery

    “But they were told by every dentist they contacted there was a two year delay in registering, so they chose to yank out their rotten teeth on their own.

    Rebecca said: “We've been trying for four years but no dentist will take us on.
    “Every time I go, I get told there's a two-year waiting list for NHS patients.
    “It's got so bad that after taking a combination of paracetamol and alcohol I ripped my half-rotten teeth out.

    Rebecca Brearey and Nick Oldroyd who were forced to perform DIY surgery on their teeth after knocking back some stiff drinks as an anaesthetic

    “The state of my teeth has made me depressed and I've literally begged to be taken on by an NHS dentist, but every time I've been turned away.”

    Mr Oldroyd explained how the agony of his teeth stopped him from sleeping.

    He said: “I was drinking to just try and numb the pain so one night I just pulled it out.
    “The tops of my teeth are gone.

    Rebecca said the state of her teeth has made her depressed
    “I'm on benefits and trying to get a job, and when someone sees my teeth they just think I'm another waster.
    “I do believe if I could get some dental care I might be able to begin turning my life around.”

    A country with a $200T "unfunded mandate" should have provided every member of the productive working class with a generous vested healthcare account decades ago.

    Bureaucracy is seldom the best solution for critical social problems.
    Everyone should have figured that out by now.

    It would help if you provided some examples of democrats being angry and deranged so people could try to explain it to you. Are you talking about Antifa?
