The Mexican government has already confirmed that 10% of their citizens have already invaded El Norte.

The Mexican government uses Vattel's "Laws of Nations" that all Mexican nationals and their offspring (anchor babies) loyalty belongs to Mexico.

If you were to read the transcripts of the debates held on the floors of Congress on the 14th Amendment you quickly see that the 14th Amendment is based upon "Natural Law," Vattel's "Laws of Nations."

 

Birthright citizenship has been taken way beyond what the authors of the amendment intended.

This is long settled law. Anyone born on US soil is a US citizen. You need an amendment to change that.

If an illegal alien hadn't registered for the draft just add another crime that the illegal alien has committed.

It was never intended to cover a woman in the ninth month of a pregnancy who illegally climbs a border fence and delivers a baby 10 minutes later. The Supreme Court has not ruled on whether that situation would give the baby birthright citizenship. If it does grant birthright citizenship, then you’re right and it would require either a new amendment to clarify this area of the law, or the existing amendment would have to be rescinded.

The Soviets wanted me and thousands of kids lie me born in Germany of former forced la babor camp/ former concentration camp inmates or POW's held by Nazi Germany. The Western Allies finally after arguing for almost 3 years told the Soviet Russians to F-Off.

So Mexico can go and do what we told thevSovietvRussians to do in the later 1940's.

Yes, but if you read the ruling by justice gray, he specifically states anyone at all born inside the borders is a natural born citizen except for diplomats with immunity.

I’m a product of NYC schools. And yes, our public schools suck. We spend more than any other country per pupil and we don’t get much in return. Private schools are the way to go.

The SCOTUS has never ruled on whether a baby of an illegal alien who jumped the fence and gave birth 10 minutes later would be a U.S. citizen. That was not the intent of the amendment. The authors of the law did not want that to happen.

Wong Kim Ark’s parents were not illegal aliens.
