    If there is an emergency, it's the one Trump himself created. It's no wonder he is a lousy businessman since he have never have to respond to a board of director. Sure he can go ahead and declare it if he removed the subsidies we are paying his base for his stupidity.

    Dumbo Trump thought he could overruled the 14th as well. Dumbo Trump think he's an emperor. If there ever is a president who can subvert the Constitution and serve a third term, it would be Trump, not Obama.

    The more important issue is this. CEO's, CFO's, and business owners tend toward the Republican side of politics. Now Trump has gone out of his way to piss off these people on the same day he cause the stock market to tumble with a series of tweets.

    Why is he posing a threat to his own party?

    The interesting thing is, he is doing all this damage to his own party while Republican leaders are out of town.

    I am sure they could come up with a reason of why this is an emergency. Bill Barr is in his pocket, so he'll back him up. Also, as we have seen all of the Congressional Republicans are afraid of Trump, so they're not going to do anything.

    Trade war with China is with another country and the stakes are high. We can't keep letting them profit from stealing our intellectual property and dumping below cost goods on our country as they severely limit our goods in their country. This can't go on or America goes under.

    So China wasn't stealing our intellectual property and then the jobs associated with it before Trump was elected? They weren't dumping below cost goods and manipulating their currency? They weren't limiting US imports? Trump caused all that? lol

    Manufacturing jobs have indeed returned. You know those jobs obamas said were never coming back. Now it's time to force China into free and fair trade and get even more good jobs back in America

    If the Trump family had any ethics they would not be in China making their products for import in the first place. The Don says one thing yet they family does another which is rather disingenuous..
