Citizens are fed up that they have to run for their lives for some gimp who is shooting with an AK at them.
    They don't want it. FACT!

You are not convincing me that law makers got no clue how to ban this.
The problem is more that 1/3 of the Americans simply want to have them, and come up with crap like this to keep the status quo.

You didn't want to find it, because it would show how dishonest you are.

See you speak with a forked tongue, on the one hand you Trump claim that these mass shooters are mentally ill and we need to take the guns out their hands and then in the next breath you claim that should be able to acquire all the guns they want.

You mean keep their rifles that are vilified by the media that get's their information about guns from Movies?

So far not one of the gun grabbers have been able to define an 'assault weapon'. That says a lot.

    Yeah... sure.
Just first call the law makers to dumb to make a law. And when 3/4 of the US wants to ban the guns you love,... than it's roughly 200 million people who do not get it. What a joke of an argument to hide behind. I'm not buying it. Any sources to back this all up?

    So, define an 'assault weapon'.

I already responded to this, and I have yet to see why you think over 200 million Americans do not know what those weapons are. Heck, when Fox news own poll shows Two-thirds of Americans favor a ban on assault rifles and semi-automatic weapons as a measure to reduce gun violence.... than you bet that such a conservative right wing news network did their thing right.

It is not legally possible to ban semi automatic firearms. You would need an amendment to the constitution in order to do so.

They made a law banning machine guns, or... "very heavy restricted" if you will. I fail to see how this can not be expanded to more weapons.

Because you don’t know anything about firearms, or constitutional law.

As I noted... I'm sure law makers will find a way.

The only way is to amend the constitution

Yes, we’ve already established you don’t know anything about firearms, or constitutional law.

This doesn’t change the fact that you will need a new amendment in order to ban semi auto firearms.

Not relevant. I'm sure that a law giver will figure it out.
    Shall I repeat this again?

It’s very relevant. You now knowing what you’re talking about is why you are wrong so often.

They’ve already figured it out. They know that a new amendment is needed to ban semi auto firearms.

I noted that a law maker will figure something out. And I'm not one of them, hence it's not relevant.
probably can firmly restrict it like they did with machine guns.

And I correctedntiu by pointing out only an amendment can accomplish what you want to do.
You not knowing what you’re talking about is very relevant to you being incorrect.

    No, they can’t.
It does not matter how many times you repeat it. You will remain incorrect.

They succeeded what they "can't" with machine guns.

Congress will never regulate semi-autos the way they regulate machine guns

No they didn’t. Machine guns are not banned, or hard to obtain. They are not banned or hard to obtain, because you can not ban an entire class of firearm. That is unconstitutional. As I keep having to point out for some reason, you can’t do what you want without an amendment.

Probably not. Democracy in the US is a joke. The will of capitalism / lobby groups is far more important.
