I'm all for compromise, 'crossing da aisle' & unification when it comes to the "non essentials" of policy, politicking & legislation. When there are fundamental societal & nationalistic principles at stake like the sovereignty of the border or enshrined Constitutional rights, liberties & freedoms on the chopping block - than NO! I don't want to give an inch!

You made your bed, so sleep in it. tRump won't be President for long and trials for his crimes will continue long enough for you to learn how ridiculous it was to support him.

What are you talking about? I voted for Johnson. This post is an example of the knee-jerk tendency among some to believe that Trump's democratic successor will restore love and harmony and prosperity. Don't expect one man to solve all your problems.

Fallacious. Domestic kittens have 4 legs, two eyes, a liver, and a heart. So do zebras.

Can't you follow what you said? You say you don't want to associated with liberal friends, so don't. Maybe, you're doing them a favor, what makes you think they want to associate with you?

In America, the Orange Man has to go, but a whole government is needed and so it has been stated by me. We also have a political party called the Republicans that is too corrupt to continue.

I don't know enough about the international relationships of the UK to have an informed decision on their problems, but that's better than some people. It's my understanding tRump was late learning about Brexit and I'm sure he had a knee jerk opinion as usual.

That all depends on how much someone pays in taxes. If you make a quarter million or so per year, you may need to pay more in taxes.

I have no problem being friends with a bleeding heart liberal any more than a hard right conservative. I see people first and points of view last. I’m sure many of us would be pleasantly surprised if we met one another face to face.

    Yes, I can.

I can also "follow" angry Trump haters (know what I mean?), but it's uninteresting and unrewarding.

This sounds remarkably like a threat. The observation that because this poster doesn't find the man moral translates into all folks who still support the president as being evil, well that's a stretch. It speaks to a determined ignorance and willful voice of future violence the underlies the message here. It is, actually, folks like the above, who are truly the threat. One wonders where this hatred stems from. I can guarantee you that the above poster would be entirely ok with a Clinton presidency. So, is the observation that morality isn't actually the issue, and more likely the real issue is entitlement here? I think so. The crushing blow that was watching the entitlement get dismantled seems to have become to great to bear for these folks. Their religious belief in their blue firewalls, their anthropogenic hysteria, and their entitlement now threatens to transform their part of the nation into reckless whistleblowing, screeching pariahs on the streets attacking anyone that they perceive as having stolen their entitlement from them. And like 3 year olds having a temper tantrum, this one is epic beyond explanation.

They say ignoring the tantrum eventually quells the unruly child.

The tax system which you want to take from others at a higher rate than it takes from you, yet want equal access to all the benefits of government

I have many republican friends. And none of them - NONE - support Trump. Some voted for him because of party, but they can no longer support him or what the party has become.

Why post and say nothing? You say something stupid like this:

"Why? Because you are envious?" and you claim to think.

Ok, so defend why you suppose that someone who already pays 36% in Fed taxes needs to pay more.
