Sigh. To paraphrase Robert Jackson: The Constitution and Capitalism and Classical Liberalism are not suicide pacts. If both sides play fair, Conservatives are for small government and laissez-faire treatment of industry. But when Democrats and Leftists (BIRM) are controlling key industries and using that control to squash the rights of political opponents, then government has to step in.
