Nope you are forgetting all about the enforcement of the no fly zones in Iraq from 1993 to 2001 which. in essence, rendered the ceasefire with Iraq null and void by the time Bush the younger became president.

Look up the U.S.S. Reuben James. I've already answered this question. Remember that I've taught history for more than a decade. There is likely little you could bring up that I don't already know about it.

Nobody in Washington DC gives a damn what the Constitution says. That is the document they all love to ignore. It's why we have the government we do, the government we deserve.

I don’t need to look up anything, it’s a fact. But to humour you I’ll supply you with the truth.
The attack on Pearl Harbor was a surprise military strike by the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service upon the United States (a neutral country at the time) against the naval base at Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, Hawaii on Sunday morning, December 7, 1941. The attack led to the United States' formal entry into World War II the next day.

The POTUS should have the power to do so, if that’s what you are asking.
Just because the president is not from your party doesn’t mean he won’t be able to do the job right.

He didn't say that. I heard the discussion. He said it would be easier to use military force than to get Iran to change its ways through sanctions. And he is correct. You are incorrect.
