Stealing America's wall or stealing America's cars? What's the difference?

Again, how many phone lines do you see in a day? How about wiring in your house to the lights and electrical sockets? Just because you don't see something doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

So, a wall would no doubt help delay those trying to enter our country illegally so that what BP agents we do have in the field will have time to respond. Thank you for demonstrating one reason why we need a wall.

Let’s have a show of hands: how many liberals are rooting for the illegals?

For the libs who say they aren’t, then what suggestions do you have for keeping them out? Your stock answer is to stop giving them the incentive of jobs and go after their employers. But that doesn’t jive with your biatching when ICE raids those businesses and hauls away the illegals who never should have been there if employers didn’t hire them. It also doesn’t jive with your saying it’s racist to ask someone’s immigration status. Dig?

And what about the incentives and protections of sanctuary cities, healthcare for illegals, free college for illegals, free lawyers for illegals, free benefits for illegals, letting illegals walk out the black door of court houses or releasing them to commit other crimes without calling ICE, and then there’s your calls for abolishing ICE?

You can’t say you’re against illegals while supporting their entry into this country and protecting them when they get here.

To my lib friends on this board, raise your hand.

O.K. - The mod staff must be busy, because this video is from 2016, which hardly makes this a CURRENT EVENT.

What was the OP trying to accomplish with this thread?

I can see where the phone lines go. I can see where wires are connected to light sockets

The twenty seconds delay will not help the two BP agents who are 5 miles away who also don't even know that a climb over is being carried out

So you see the end points. And you don't on this wall. How much of the wall did you see again?

20 seconds huh? You think it will only take 20 seconds to cut through that steel, hardened concrete, and rebar multiple times huh? Sure...I agree...if they use a bomb it might be done in that amount of time. Going to take a hacksaw or even a good table saw a bit longer though.

You can see the fence panel posts are hollow which is then filled with concrete when placed in the hole. Electrical circuit wiring has to be continuous with no breaks. You would also need some electronic equipment that monitors each section of any wiring to be able to tell if a post is cut. If you wanted to pinpoint exactly which fence section has been cut you would need separate wiring rings for each section, not one continuous loop going through every section. There was no money for this

Trump has no clue. In his speech few days ago while standing next to the "new wall" he said the wall absorbs heat — “You can fry an egg on that wall.” then literally a few minutes later he says “a good, strong rust color” and could be painted later. LOL Perhaps someone whispered to him Sir, the wall is not painted black. This is a bit like Comical Ali telling the world that the US army are not in Baghdad while in the background we saw US tanks driving past.

So, they could not even afford to buy some paint

Try and keep up. The topic you jumped into between me and Vman12 was discussing ladders

The cost and maintenance of such a system is way too cost prohibitive. All they need is more surveillance, easier and cheaper.

Yes, the fence posts are hollow, put in the ground and then filled with concrete (and rebar is put in also). Do you know how the wiring for light posts are run along city streets? How about country roads? Each light is not visibly connected to any wiring. Think the wiring is continuous? Or do you think that maybe they splice the wire that is in one light pole to a wire that is run underground? How do they put in a new light pole in an area that has already had light poles for years?

Of course for all we know they are using other detection methods that we don't know about.

Basic electrical knowledge is the answer to all your questions about light posts - I am an electronic engineer.

So now you're saying that there are underground cables along the whole border?. How are the wires in every post connected to this underground cabling system.? How are the wires that would have to go to the top of every post and return back to the bottom of every post connected to this cabling system? How would you know which wire has been cut?

BTW wiring systems have to be continuous otherwise current does not flow! LOL at you thinking that cables are going to be put in solid concrete underground, the maintenance costs would be astronomical

Not everyone is going to be carrying 30ft ladders through miles and miles of countryside and rough terrain in fact the vast majority won't. The ones that do will be able to be seen a lot easier. 30ft ladders, even the kind that you have to extend to reach 30ft are not easy to carry nor inconspicuous.

btw, My first post in this thread was post 33 to TCassa. Your first response to me was post 35 were you claimed that there was no technology being used in the wall. I've never once mentioned ladders. Perhaps you're the one that needs to keep up?

You're an electrical engineer that doesn't know what the word "splice" means? Ummm yeah I lol'd irl on that one!

Vman Post 60 : "Yeah, people dragging 72lb, last one!, ladders through the desert happens all the time right now."

Me to Vman 12 Post 64 "Dragging it where? You've heard of trucks haven't you? Believe it or not, Mexicans do have trucks"

Vman to me Post 66 : "Oh good. That will make them even easier to detect."

Me to Vman 12 Post 67 "There are no BP on the Mexican side and hardly any BP on the US side because all the money is being spent on unmanned fences"

Your Post 70 "What is your definition of "hardly any"?"

You quoted me writing "hardly any" to Vman12. So yes you do need to keep up - the topic was ladders which I was having with Vman12, not technology which I was having with you. You will also see that I stated that Mexicans won't be carrying ladders as they do have trucks

Where have i mentioned anything about splicing? You brought up splicing which i ignored because of the stupid suggestion that it will be used. You do realize that any wiring is not providing power to any electrical equipment, don't you? Oh, and I said I am an electronic engineer not electrical engineer. Do you know the difference?
