Sultan of Brunei, Lauren Southern, Wahabbists, stoning, Peckham, Hackney? I don't care what you are debating with the voices in your head.

This is about your comment, "I know in the UK you cannot say anything negative about Islam" which you keep running away from.

Is saying, Islam is a death cult a positive statement about Islam? Yes or no
Is saying, Islam is a death cult a negative statement about Islam? Yes or no

Instead of waffling, yes or no answers to the two questions which are directly related to your statement

True but we already have enough if not too many restrictions on it

Saying it is not 100% free is not a justification for more restrictions

    Yes it is

There is no law preventing one from insulting or offending someone which is all this law tries to forbid

Obviously. You can’t incite a panic, but the government can not criminalize hate speech or what it considers a racial slur. The constitution precludes it. This NYC law is void at inception.

    Deflecting again I see

Fine lets stick to that, You cannot or I should have posted you are discouraged from saying anything negative about Islam whether its true or not
if you point out the negative parts of Islam you can face consequences just ask Tommy Robinson

Now you keep bringing up what the UKIP leader said in "death cult" blah blah blah

who cares, its his opinion, whether I believe it or not is irrelevant, the point is its his opinion, challenge his opinion vs making up bullshit about being Islamophobic .

You cannot from what I've personally seen criticize Islam without consequences, while there is no law forbidding it its just opens up a can of worms

I've tried to explain it to you but you're too slow to understand that Wahabbism is an extreme sector of Islam that is dangerous, people like you for whatever reason likes to cherry pick , while the UKIP did mention Death cult but you fail to notice or post the rest of his statement

    that makes you a fraud.

In a lot of cases such as this one, the bureaucrats take bribes to support the agenda. The ordinance that the NYC council passed is in clear violation of two articles in the New York State constitution.

Multiple groups and organizations are behind the bribes. The intent is to flood the Western countries with muslims and other refugees and to destabilize their societies. Look at what is happening in Europe and now in the US and Canada. It is a multi-level conspiracy designed to kill the western way of life. You can bet that the people who passed the NYC ordinance were well-compensated for their betrayal of American constitutional rights.

You do know that the term "illegal alien" is IN the US legal code right? It is used to denote anyone that is in the country and staying in the country without permission of the government. It cannot be slander if it is an actual legal term used in our current laws as long as it is used on someone that fits the legal definition. If however someone uses it against someone that does not fit the legal definition then, and only then, could it be considered as "slander"...or "libel" depending on if its in print or spoken.

Of course they do, and this isn’t a defamation law. It’s void at inception as it violates the first amendment.

When black people systematically get longer sentences under the same circumstances compared to white people,... than you have institutionalized white privilege. Safe to say the US outside the US courts is even more harsh than that.

Last time I checked, people are convicted over defamation. And I am missing an argument why this isn't like a defamation law.

Interesting footnote a movie director was sentence to prison for a number of years, first amendment or no first amendment for making a movie that show the Brits during our revolution in a bad light when we was facing WW1 under president Wilson.

Constitutions rights have a long history of not being enforced when the nation is under pressure such as the Japaneses Americans being lock up behind fencing during WW2.

Them are insults. That's not the same as accusing the other to be a criminal and threaten with swatting the victim,.. because of the skin color.
