IT's been demonstrated time and again that most voters approve of President Trump's policies if not the President himself.

The Republicans have not done "politics winning at all cost" , they have been wimps and afraid to upset the MSM and the DC Elite. Not until President Trump have we had a president that is willing, and able, to stand up to both. AND you can see how that turns out, continuous investigations with very little to no substance.

It typifies the divide, either he IS on drugs, is deeply invested in the Leftist slant, or actually believes the news media on his side, or any or all of the three.

It started with GOP vs Clinton, where GOP decided to attack Clinton across the board, and the same mindset was adopted by Dems and "W", and by the time Obama became president, the mindset was off the charts with all kinds of conspiracy theories being thrown in by people like Glenn Beck, Limbaugh etc.

Now we have Trump who is by far the most divisive person, so if the division didn't already exist, it would have started with him.

In other words, when the push to the Left became apparent to the sleeping masses.

You really need a link for this one.
Every poll I've seen shows Trump underwater on everything from immigration to foreign policy.

You think Clinton was pushing things to the left? On the contrary, he was a centrist and economically quite conservative, certainly more conservative than Trump and most mainstream Republicans today will ever be.

Talked to a young guy yesterday at Waffle House. He graduated hs but put off college. He did his apprenticeship and became a journeyman electrician, worked and saved for three years on high wages. Then he got a BS in electrical engineering. He never bought the conformity idea of going straight to college out of hs. He said that with a lot of real world experience the books made more sense. He had a small amount of student loan debt but paid it off in less than a year. He's here for Cruisin' the Coast.

I believe that many gender study graduates at Starbucks with pink hair and a pin in their nose, tongue or eyelid look down on and hate trump supporters who are only high school graduates

    Go figure

Yes, everyone needs to find the path that works for them, 20 yrs ago my brother went the apprentice route and it worked out terrific, my kid did the straight run out of HS to study engineering in college but had 3 offers to choose from upon graduation and learned a ton during the internship, already makes more than I do and loans are disappearing fast with the excess income, a real blessing for us since I only have to provide advice and emotional support and nothing financially. Other friends my age haven't been so lucky, but they also let the kids get worthless degrees and dragged it out by taking summers off to party.

This nation was always divided, but the obstructionist mode of the liberals towards Donald Trump's policies has progressed to a more destructive and nefarious objective than just partisan politics. If it wasn't so, they wouldn't be trying to destroy our Constitution and country, not to mention fostering a policy of regime changes and wars.

The objective of Washington's ideologues is to bring about a one world government - which is treason since it destroys our nation's sovereignty. At the forefront of all this is George Soros with the support of over 150 NGO's through his Open Society Foundation - but he is not the only one. There are other one world advocates such as Crystal, Kagans, etc., and they are embedded in our government think tanks, medias, Intelligence agencies, etc.

These ideologues have progressed to the extent of choosing our last president rather than just influencing them, so the election of Trump over their person Clinton, has driven them crazy. They can't cope with their progress being hindered, so they have to obstruct every policy of Trump's that doesn't conform to their agenda.

The reason other nations such as Britain, Ukraine, Australia, etc. are involved in our electoral process, has to do with the internationalism of the one world order rather than the current system of sovereign nations.

so dam funny, was at a reunion a few weeks back and one of the uncle's kids meets that description to a T, except that its a ring in the nose vs a pin, and of course, works at starbucks, lives at home and is 28 or 29. Proudly talks about wearing the pink hat at the womens march on Washington (thanks to dad's card paying the travel expenses to DC) < its quite sad actually but at least she's not in jail which I suspect will be coming down the road eventually.

Long past time to find somebody else to do those policies then. Trump is a threat to our nation, our institutions and our way of life. We don't need an incipient tyrant who wants to rule like a king to have a prosperous economy

You make a great case for not electing any of the socialist tyrants running on the Democrat side of the ledger, those who want to destroy our economy, but a very poor case for not reelecting our current president who's improving our economy.

If you fear an incipient tyrant who wants to rule like a king, and destroy our economy in the process, fear all who are running on the Democratic side of the ledger.

It's a consequence of the cyber age imo, an age of having access to a wealth of information including information we personally disagree with when it comes to learn of other people's plights and rights and politics when in an ideal world we'd all be happy, it seems a lot of people aren't happy with our politicians resulting into close elections creating results previously uncommon until Gore/Bush 2000, a flaw of freedom and a problem that undemocratic countries do not have. Other countries feel divided around the world from UK to China/HK, and not just Trump Vs. Liberals.
I'm all for democracy, freedom and concept of private ownership and rights of minorities against any right of majority or freedom of expression when I'm blessed with freedom of speech.
