Military operation don't happen overnight. Turkey have been preparing that intervention for at least a year.

    I agree

No you can't. Just like you never been able to do it to anyone to these days. All that you're going to do is turn the population against you even more as they'll naturally get closer to their government and cozy up to your enemies.

Actually, since the globalization of markets, you're dependent on the rest of the world not the other way around. You stopping trade will hurt the world for a little bit. The rest of the world telling you to get ****ed would totally destroy you. You're already self imploding anyway, the world has just to wait a bit more.

Oh... I see. Were they also responsible for 9-11? Or maybe the staging of the moon landing and the JFK assassination? I bet they were involved in the Lindbergh kidnapping!

Thanks for opening our eyes! Have a good one.

And it's just a big coincidence that they started the operation days after US forces withdrew from the area...

So let Turkey leave NATO. I don't care.

The economies of Venezuela, North Korea, and Iran are in shambles due to US sanctions.

I don't recall "the world" nominating you as its spokesperson. What country are you from anyway?

Only someone from the outside would say that. The divide is a complete illusion based off the media and loudmouths on both sides..
This is an interesting video from the perspective of Turkey.

Yeah, because conventional wisdom and the official narratives built around it have never been wrong before...

    Yeah, keep telling you that.

In the before Obama era, there was at least a minimal effort for both party to cooperate for some common goal. How many meaningful bi-partisan bill have been passed in the recent years?
Do you see the Dems collaborating in anything with the Reps? How about if Trump wins a second term? What if Hillary (oh please god NO!) enter the race and by some miracle wins, do you see the Reps collaborating with her and the Dems then?

They aren't capitulating to the most extreme and unreasonable demands being put forth by the USA. And I don't think they should capitulate. Nonetheless, they are all desperate for sanctions relief. And they are all willing to make serious but reasonable concessions in exchange for that relief, just like Iran did while Obama was president.

Then you admit that sanction don't change anything beside nurturing resentment towards you and driving those government to more extreme mesure.
Iran didn't concede anything. They only agreed to a slowing down of their nuclear arms development in exchange for everything they asked for. You gave them cash and let the european nation bypass your embargo. Now you're trying to close that door, but it's too late.

There is a mountain of evidence proving that the US government supported the rise of jihadist militants inside Syria for the purposes of regime change.

It wasn't a personal attack. You're being melodramatic.

And I've seen you insult and attack other posters repeatedly. Try being less hypocritical, okay?

Here's what you said: The rest of the world telling you to get ****ed would totally destroy you. You're already self imploding anyway, the world has just to wait a bit more.

What are you basing that on? You think Canada and the United Kingdom and France and China are just going to stop trading with Americans?

I'm against sanctions. But the governments targeted by those sanctions are willing to make concessions in exchange for sanctions relief. The concessions just have to be reasonable. Unfortunately, the US government demands concessions that are entirely unreasonable and imbalanced, which is why the governments in question refuse to capitulate.

Yes, it's corrupt. Hilary running would be like an auto Trump win.

You were talking about how the country itself is divided, not Washington, or at least that's how I took it. Point is, I'm not sure how you have any real information about the country other than top level stuff in Washington given that you are not a citizen and don't live here. Speak for yourself, no one is talking about starting any war, just some common decency between allies and a show of trust. We know Trump won't make that happen, it's against his nature, but it's still worth showing every time just how how much of an incompetent fool he is. Even though I am a leftie, at this point I would definitely have Pence as president than this incompetent fool in office who has no diplomatic ability or even common sense to speak with advisors before betraying an ally to another.

I never claimed any of that .. Thanks for managing to get 4 strawmen into one sentence.

That you think that 15 bipartisan in congress - are just making up the claim that the Obama admin was arming Al Qaeda - is laughable mind bending denial.

Here are the 13 cosponsors to the "Stop Arming Terrorist Act"

    Rep. Peter Welch [D-VT-At Large]
    Rep. Thomas Massie [R-KY-4]
    Rep. Barbara Lee [D-CA-13]
    Rep. Walter Jones Jr. [R-NC-3]
    Rep. Thomas Garrett Jr. [R-VA-5]
    Rep. Ted Yoho [R-FL-3]
    Rep. Paul Gosar [R-AZ-4]
    Rep. Scott Perry [R-PA-4]
    Rep. John Conyers Jr. [D-MI-13]
    Rep. Dana Rohrabacher [R-CA-48]
    Rep. Ro Khanna [D-CA-17]
    Rep. Bobby Rush [D-IL-1]
    Rep. Jeff Duncan [R-SC-3]
    Rep. Peter DeFazio [D-OR-4]

Yes Golem - your right there is some big conspiracy among the above 13 in congress - and Tulsi Gabbard and Rand Paul are the Ring leaders.

It is denial of this magnitude that saps your credibility ..
