Me for one. I reckon Pelosi is being appropriately prudent. That is, we must use our powers to investigate and if there is no evidence warranting it. Fizzes. If there is evidence, then comes Articles of Impeachment....House decides whether the charge should be brought, and then, if it does, there is a 'Trial" in the Senate. Simple stuff. Nothing complicated about it.

Would there be any issue if Biden wasn't running for 2020?

Do you not now wonder why you didn't hear about it in Obama's time?

What do your values say about American children being separated from their criminal parents when they are arrested?

Yes, but they weren't BIDEN related requests in that extract! That is my point! Trump didn't press the BIDEN issue!

You seemed to have added a number of things, once again, that I did not say. I said nothing about changing the existing structure of public primary education, Social Security or Medicare.

You are promoting the idea that taxpayers should pay to send people to 'higher education'. That also, taxpayers should pay to have people 'retrained' when AI takes over. Apparently, you believe that AI is going to blindside the population, and desperate measures will be needed so these people continue to work. I disagree, since many are already in that field, have received the additional education 'required' by employers in that field, and there is currently a lack of employees to fill the number of positions open in a large number of industries, including nominal wage industries. Minimum wage terminology no longer applies, since last I check, less than 3% of the US workforce earn a wage of $7.25. Besides, according to your promotion, we won't be needing anything less then college degreed workers, which requires taxpayers to fund their education that they use for personal gain.

I'm not the one making 'education' out of reach for everyday folk, address that to the higher learning facilities who have increased their tuitions at astounding rates. A couple of links...

    You're all over the place.
    Correct. And college trade programs.
I asked what we should do with them. You decided they must be retrained.
The jobs are unfilled because people don't have the training. Sheesh.
I didn't say that. In fact, I said we should make retraining available. You're making stuff up.
Thanks for making my point about what's needed. Time to raise taxes?

Yes, of course. First, Trump likes conflict. When any issue gets resolved, he quickly & noisily creates a new conflict. He manufactures them. Every few days he comes up with a new one. It's his nature.

But add to that, the fact that we're currently engaged in another long, drawn out political campaign for the 2020 election, & candidates are trying to separate themselves from others of the same party running in competition for the same office first, then battle the nominee from the opposing party second. So America becomes a sounding board for issue after issue after issue, from now until Nov 2020. Trump of course, loves that. Trump loves running for office much more than holding office; & he's better at it, than governing. But don't ever waste your time worrying that Trump will allow peace to happen. He won't.

When you decide which argument you are actually having, let me know. You are saying things and then saying I said them, please read back and comprehend what I actually said, not what you want it to say. Read. Please.

so if that is the case then why don't they do it? seriously if they really thought they could impeach on what they have, they would have done for it by now.... it's throw "sh*t" and see what sticks.

The point is that in answer to your question with respect to the current education system, "there's no correlation between spending and quality".

    No, you won't.

You have no idea how many Neo-Cons are in your State Department, CIA, DIA, NSO, NRO, Department of Defense and other agencies.

They don't like Trump, because Trump isn't going to do anything about Syria, and they need control of Syria before they can invade Iran.

This is a good representation of Democrats afraid to vote on impeachment:

Says everyone who has a clue. There is no prescribed process for impeaching a President.

Of course it is, particularly in The Senate which conducts the Trial under the Chairmanship of someone from SCOTUS.

It's an HR action, not a criminal case. I know reality disagrees with your narrative, but you really need to buy some Midol and deal with it. We don't want you popping a blood vessel before the fun really begins...
