Good I can well imagine management is pleased. Smith was an extremely good hard news anchor..........................until Trump. I can only speculate that it has to do with the claims and allegations and accusations Trump is some kind of homophobe and other perceived attacks. I can't watch him anymore and usually turn on my internet Radio for the Michael Medved show or turn to the Fox Business Channel. He sneers and speaks with disgust in his voice, you know his reporting is being driven by the apparent hatred of Trump. He needs to be replaced with an unbias, "fair and balanced" anchor and move on to MSNBC into a pundit role where he can freely express his OPINION and not slant the hard news with it.

"Shepard "Shep" Smith announced he's leaving Fox News on Friday, a move that has stunned his colleagues and viewers. Smith, who had been at Fox News since its inception — and who had become one of the few voices on the network to disagree with Fox’s pro-Donald Trump commentators — had been serving the network's chief news anchor, managing editor of the network's breaking news unit and anchor of Shepard Smith Reporting."
