I keep hearing posters here trying to credit Obama with record employment numbers, so two questions..
    1. Obama left office over two years ago, at what point is it Trump's economy?
    2. Try to honestly tell me, if the economy and employment, currently sucked you would still say it's due to Obama. (We know not a single progressive would)
    Thanks.

Anything good is Obama's doing, and anything bad is Trump's doing. Until forever.

Sure seems to be the size of it.
Obama wears two dubious honors, most Americans ever on food stamps and having the slowest economic recovery since WW2 if not our entire history. Now before anyone tries to blame Bush, who started the sub prime mortgage lending crisis?

Good old Billy Clinton. The bottom fell out during the Bush years and liberals claim Obama inherited an economy in the crapper from Bush, totally ignoring what caused it...ANOTHER DEMOCRAT.

So we had no sub prime crisis because Clinton directed banks to give housing loans to people that could not afford them? Did you think it would happen overnight? Care to explain what part Bush played in that?

That's like ignoring who fired the rifle or the distance the projectile traveled, and claiming that President Kennedys head blew up on its own.

Naturally, that very millisecond. The magic turning point. I bet I will wait a long time for a liberal to answer question one. Trump has been at the wheel, over two years and if he was as incompetent as they claim, why the record numbers?

Not to split hairs, but Trumps time in office is closing in on three years. And as I recall, leftists were saying he would destroy the economy.

This is quite simple. When Bush was president he ruined the economy. When he left office, 800,000 people a month were losing their jobs, banks were failing. The stock markets were on a downward spiral. Then Obama was elected. The economy continually improved. The economic numbers that Trump brags about are the same numbers that were there at the end of Obama's term. In case you haven't noticed Trump is a self serving incompetent moron. He had done nothing to help anyone but himself.

Take the Dow for example. It was below 8000 when Obama took office. It was over 20,000 when he left office. It continued upwards until the Republican tax cuts came into effect. It has remained stagnant ever since.

Obama cut the deficit in half. Trump added a trillion dollars to our debt.

Can you tell me how much the stock markets have risen since the latest tax cuts went into effect in January of 2018? I guess you are going to tell me that 21 months of stagnation is the result of the greatest economy ever.

It would be one thing if you hated Obama for things he did. Instead you have to make up things to hate him for. Says a lot about you.

I wont take any of that seriously without some links. You just ignore the sub prime fiasco? Like it never even happened? Foreclosed houses were so common..nothing to do with Bush.

Housing loans are not what brought down the economy. In fact I'm pretty sure that the housing theory has more to do with the characteristic racism often seen in conservative rhetoric.

You are not on the ball. The standard line is Bush's economic crash was caused by (name a Democratic politician) forcing banks to give minorities mortgages that they couldn't afford. Get your wrong facts wrong the right way.
