Well obviouslt Trump knows more on to handle this situation better than Mattis and McMasters, his unmatched wisdom. :)

Mattis the Devil Dog loves a good fight. Why would he not want to go? Most in their generation would love to pounce on an enemy and slaughter them. Do you want to know his famous quotes?

But you didn't address the point at hand. The Arab League is more than capable of handling this. Then, in-between us and them, is Europe (who I have assisted training). They have MASSIVE military capabilities that could stomp Turkey in a heart beat.

Why is it that you want the US to die instead of everyone else?

You know what's so amazing about the left wing is that when Trump finally does something that will preserve American lives...you guys complain.

Do you not remember your 2008 campaign??? I do! It's when I was just a young infantryman going to war in Iraq.

ISIS was killing Kurds, Syrians, Yazidis and Shiite. They also commited terrorist attacks, mostly in europe. I say Isis is more of a problem for the Kurds and Europeans than of the USA. Why shouldn't the Europeans clean up their own neighborhood for a change?

They refuse to answer that question without a deflection. They only disagree with this decision because Trump made it...

So you're from one of the two countries that created the Middle-East mess in the 20's and the top colonial power that conquered, pillaged, raped and enslaved the most and now you're trying to teach other about morality?

Oh, btw, we could also mention the fact that your country reputation in dropping alliances and not respecting treaties gave your country the title of "Perfid Albion"...

I'm just SICK over this whole damned thing.... I voted for Trump, and I've been a very conservative person in most respects all my adult life. But there is just no way that I can agree that Trump did the right thing in Northern Syria. I could go on and on, but I've done that already, and convinced no one. Understood.

NOW, on October 9th, this was the big threat Trump issued to Ergogan:

Trump says he will wipe out Turkey's economy if it wipes out the Syrian Kurds

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday he would devastate Turkey’s economy if Ankara’s incursion in Syria wipes out the Kurdish population there.

Asked by a reporter if he was concerned Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan will wipe out the Kurds, Trump replied: “I will wipe out his economy if that happens.”

    Link: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...f-it-wipes-out-the-syrian-kurds-idUSKBN1WO2MD

Well, Mr. President, Erdogan's invasion of Northern Syria has already killed hundreds of Kurds, displaced over 100,000 others out of their homes, destroyed entire border cities, and it's had the effect of LIBERATING nobody-knows-how-many ISIS fighters that had been kept in captivity BY our Kurdish allies before we abandoned them.

OK... now, when are you going to 'tweet' something about what it is that you are going to do to "wipe out" Turkey's economy? The clock is ticking... and Ergogan is not (NOT) acting like a dictator whose economy is about to be 'wiped out'....

LOL. You think they I haven't said the same about the UK? Unlike you I have attacked the UK's Foreign Policy in exactly the same way as I have attacked the US Foreign Policy. I was 100% against the UK joining in your invasion of Iraq. I was 100% against the destruction of Libya. I am not blinded by which party is in power unlike you. Try again

And yet, only the USA should send soldiers to die in a foreign land to fight Isis? No french, UK, Belgian or Germans, only the USA?

ISIS never was a US existencial threat. It was one for the syrian, kurds and yazidis. The proper response was to hunt them in the USA and let the europeans take care of their own problem.

    Talk is cheap.

When are you going to liquidate your assets and pay reparations to the countries you've profited from?

When are you going to liquidate your assets and pay reparations to the original inhabitants of the US you've profited from?

Oh I see, you can't answer and so you defend by projecting. Hypocrisy has just found her champion on this board!

And I wouldn't accuse other of mistreatment of the natives if I were you. UK role in this is one of those exemple of "perfid albion" I was talking about. Native tribes who seeked refuge in Canada during their push to the west were refused sanctuary by order of the crown.

    Where did I excuse ISIS?

Why are you so dead set on having US soldiers dying to defend peoples in foreign lands? Why are you so against the Europeans doing something for a change?

How many brits, french, belgians or germans are presently fighting isis in syria?
Of course the syrians and kurds are fighting isis, they're an existencial threat to them. Not so much for russia or the US.

ISIS were finished according to your master (which was a lie) but now due to your master's action have led to the escape of prisoners and have already carried out bombings. US Foreign Policy is for perpetual wars in the Middle East - these events were all part of US Foreign Policy. The US helped ISIS against Assad. The US continually switched sides during the Iraq/Iran war. The US has no plans to leave the Middle East and have significantly increased troop numbers in Saudi Arabia.

Then you should be happy that the USA is leaving syria then!
Of course there wouldn't be any trouble in the ME if the UK and French didn't messed with it in the 20's.
