I had an instant mental picture of those Resistance Meetings. If I was any sort of cartoonist I'd draw it for you.
Or his dealings with Russia..or his unwarranted deductions etc.If he had nothing to hide he would show it
Most likely: He owes them money. There may be much worse, but no doubt he had to seek foreign investors and went to Russia, when US banks wouldn't lend him money anymore. Putin could probably ruin trump by calling in the debt. I have a righty friend who thinks there's a dead Russian hooker in his past. Apparently this was a favorite trick of the KGB.
How do you know mexicans don't have insurance? My property manager is a Mexican and has been a director for the community for 22 years. He also contracts to private homes. What a bigoted thing to say
Sure they do. But I can't quite see much of a selfish angle to this specific story back 30+ years ago.
Some people will simply never give him credit, no matter what he does. He gave a struggling campaign volunteer a 10K check when he heard of his $ troubles. Not that the left media would dare mention it. Contrast to Hilldabeasty, probably give a drowning man water and a smirk.
Among several other things I approve generally of his idea that we should not fight foreign wars, but there is a good example of why he is so hated. He seems to find the worst possible way of applying good principles. Yes, we should try to extricate ourselves from foreign entanglements, no we should not betray good allies who have fought for us. I am trying to get people not to vote for him as President, first and foremost. I also believe that if he is not incarcerated that will be a serious miscarriage of justice and a very bad example for others, but if he makes a deal where he resigns and there is no prosecution I would write my Congresspersons recommending they jump at it. Trump is an evil man but vengeance is God's, the only thing i can hope for is that he can be stopped from doing any more damage to the country I live in.
No, the cheaper ones. I don't deal with the expensive sort. I have money but I'm tight. Unless it's cheap I do it myself or do without. Antonio Banderas and Anthony Quinn are/were neither short nor brown.
If you only deal with cheap, unlicensed jacklegs is what you will end up with. We live on 1,300 a month and I'm tight, but when it comes down to it, I spend money when it's needed.
Me too, to a point. A friend and I spread 5 gallons of kool seal on our roof, but would I attempt a total reroof? No. I replaced an outlet but would I attempt to rewire the house? No. Knowing your capabilities and limitations, is important. Sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and cough up the dough.
Well, make up your mind. You want to be in Syria or don't you? I do not. Remember that "extricating ourselves" is not really you and I; it means removing American soldiers, who have American families, from harm's way. Can you imagine being a President who has to tell a small child that his father died in an age old fight between Kurds and Turks? In Syria?? It's madness. I'm not even sure the Turks don't have a defensible position in all this. And if they do NOT, the incursion into Syria is on them, not President Trump.
He wouldn't have had to tell one single person anything, All he had to do was leave the soldiers there and Erdogan would not have attacked. He hadn't attacked before and the only difference is that Trump pulled out the troops. Trump pulled out the troops because Erdogan said he would nix the Istanbul Trump Towers if if he didn't, and because Putin told him to. It's one thing not to interfere in other nation's affairs, quite another to betray a staunch ally and create a humanitarian crisis by pulling out precipitately when the dangers are easily prevented with very minimal effort. Oh, and how about the little kids who may lose parents fighting to preserve the same people whose countrymen killed 3000 Americans on 9/11 ? Trump has just sent 3000 American soldiers to Saudi Arabia. https://www.express.co.uk/news/worl...iers-Kingdom-Iran-Iranian-Muhammad-bin-Salman
You can't be friends with Political opponents? How sad for you. I have many many friends many are Democrats. When we talk politics we always respect the others views and remain friends. I feel sorry for you.
Why don't you cultivate some as friends? Isn't that because of their politics? If someone's politics say that society should kill me and mine you're damned right we're not going to get along and it's patently absurd to suggest we should.
So how did you learn of it? We are talking about someone who has been directed by the court to shut down his charity
Nations generally fight in 'foreign wars' because they deem those wars to be to their political, economic or strategic benefit - at least at the time of entry. And it has been that way since the dawn of history. In fact unless they are directly attacked that is the ONLY reason nations and empires ever get involved in other peoples wars. The US and every other nation I can think of has never entered a war they thought (at least at the time of entry) wasn't worth the the cost. After all why would anyone enter a war otherwise unless they were insane? Of course history is also full of examples of wars (like marriage) where one side entered in haste and then repented at leisure - Vietnam springs to mind. Taken to its full extent the US could, I suppose withdraw from ALL foreign wars, political alliances, trade agreements and diplomatic alliances etc. But then it also losses any ability to influence the outcomes of those things. And in the end you can't complain about the the final score if you don't have any skin in the game. The US would go from being a major 'player' in world affairs to merely being an observer and potentially, in the long term a victim.
