Any legislation either endorsed or pushed by Biden in the 2000's will not have affected his son Hunter since he left his job with MBNA before then.A lot of banks use Delaware as their home state due to favorable laws there,so Biden was helping the state which for years elected him.MBNA bank was acquired by Bank America in 2006.
