Harris's statements are an insight into the minds of the Dems...they want to shut out any speech that is disagreeable to their agenda....Stalinist is what they are

That kind of thinking is prevalent in all three major US political parties. The Democrats do it, the Republicans do it, and the Trump Cultist Party ( TCP) does it.

You do understand that the Constitution doesn't cover the operations of a private business just the Federal govt.?

Does it bother you that you don't actually understand the constitutional framework? Does it simply escape your understanding that the states, themselves all uniformly support the federal constitution in their own? I know, you didn't know this, nor likely, does it make a difference to folks, like you, who find that freedom is intolerable in others. When ms Kamala asks as a sitting US senator for a business to restrict the rights of others, clearly, this doesn't trigger you, but turn the script slightly and wonder how you'd be reacting if it was someone like Mitch demanding that CNN restrict the speech of Kamala.. No doubt you'd have a different reaction.

Then why would you illogically claim Ms. Harris speaks for a body of several hundred?

I assume that if you felt strongly enough about it, you'd sue the forum using that logic. I would suggest that there is a significant difference though in the audience size of those who reads your posts and the Presidents tweets. And because the president is not relying on the press to distribute his message for him anymore, the liberal folk are confounded by his unwillingness to tolerate their unilateral bias and their religious zealous persecution of him. But you don't suffer that here, on this forum.

I'll be glad when society realizes exactly how meaningless public communication has become. Whomever generates the most outrage garners the most attention. You don't say things you mean. You say things that gather attention. The news media, politicians, social media. It's all just a collection of children screaming LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT MEEEE! LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!

The crazy thing is that of all the things the left criticizes Trump for, some of his tweets are one of the few things which sometimes deserve criticism. Harris might be doing Trump a favor in the long run if she blocked his tweeting, LOL.
