Subpoenas from a group of democratic politicians that have TDS is political. A blind man can see that. Same when Lois Lerner of the IRS began auditing conservative groups -- it could be called lawful but it was clearly political. One element that takes place over the law is morality and common sense. That's why we have judges, otherwise a computer could rule on each case and hand out penalties.

The problem with this is that you're completely ignoring the problem of whether or not these letters being sent are actually subpoenas. I'm sure you've heard this argument before, but it bears repeating. Without a vote on the house floor, there is no formal impeachment inquiry. Without that formal impeachment inquiry, those letters are just that...

letters.

Committees are not the house of representatives. They have no power to issue subpoenas without a vote to instigate formal impeachment proceedings.

Without that vote, I'm sorry but you'll just have to take this to court. I can guarantee that it'll go all the way to the supreme court if necessary, where you will lose.

Winning the house was merely winning the weakest branch of the legislative branch. You'll lose it in 2020, and I think everybody knows that, as well as the executive which is going to the donald since all the democrats are nothings.

We own the executive branch, the senate, and the judicial is... leaning in our favor.
