The investigation into Clinton began years before he ever met Lewinsky.

Which one of the ten investigations did they vote on? Get a clue.

Why not? Trump did in the phone call and followed that up numerous times in public.
    Guess you "forgot" about that.

No, but it's clear the President does.

    1) How is due process being violated? Is he being denied legal counsel during this investigation?

    2) Excluding false claims of due process violations, what makes the impeachment inquiry invalid?

    3) So seeking foreign influence within an election is not basis for impeachment?

Trump could piss on your head and tell you it’s raining, and you’d likely sing.

Proven by whom? Fox News? Breitbart? Rush? Not in anything resembling a court and aren't you the one that just said "we shouldn't assume guilt".

I'm a realist. We all know they are all guilty of something and we all know that they are always going to skate.
I believe Ronald Reagan knew about Iran Contra. I can't prove it.
It was proven Clinton lied under oath
It didn't matter, no one held him accountable.
The FBI got illegal wire taps. They will all skate, Clinton destroyed evidence she'll skate. Tump o am sure has done something wrong.. the job and the law are so complex how could you not do something illegal.
    Trump will skate too.

If Trump doesn't skate it will be ww3 in the American government. We won't ever have a president last longer than 6 months.

Nope, didn't forget that. There is no evidence Trump assumed Bidens guilt.

    Proven to be a lie.

Maybe if you had read the full letter in the link I provided, you wouldn't have to ask such silly questions. You act much like the Dem House, full of pomp, but devoid of substance.

I’ve read the letter. I simple didn’t interpret it as you have. Please feel free to quote the parts you feel prove me wrong. Any insight into your interpretation of the quotes provided will be much appreciated.

I said abusing the rules, not breaking them. Are you blind to the link I provided in post #54?

Neither do the House Dems interpret it as they should. That's why they are the target of letter, as are people like you who support their folly.

It's about letting the voters decide. Democrats are not going to want that to happen, so they are trying to overturn an election.

He lied in his complaint. He went to Schiff's Office first. He cited 2nd hand information and media information open to the public. He admittedly is a partisan. He wants to be anonymous. That's not how it should work in any place, except perhaps with Authoritarians.

All that came under the umbrella of the Republican House Select Committee, by a vote 232-186.

Why have the Dems in the House not voted on their inquiry? What are they trying to hide from us? Who are they trying to protect? Why are they abusing their power?

Another Giuliani associate has been arrested, making that a total of four.

David Correia, 44, was named in an indictment with two Giuliani associates and another man arrested last week on charges they made illegal contributions to politicians and a political action committee supporting President Donald Trump.

Rudy Giuliani is Trump’s personal lawyer. Trump has all the makings of a mob boss.

Michael McKinley is testifying today behind closed doors as part of the House Democrats' impeachment probe -- less than a week after resigning as a senior adviser to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

McKinley, a former US ambassador, planned to open his testimony by telling investigators that his resignation was driven by his concern that the Department's leadership was not supporting career foreign service officers. In the first hour of the testimony, McKinley specifically raised concerns about the removal of Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch from Ukraine, and how the State Department did little to protect her.

Marie Yovanovitch defied the White House on Friday to testify before Congress, where she told lawmakers that Trump wanted her removed from her post, and Giuliani and associates were paid to make that happen.

All of this follows the departure of another foreign policy expert, Fiona Hill, who decided to step down from her position in the Trump administration in August 2019. Hill,Trump's former top Russia adviser, provided a startling deposition Monday that detailed evidence that senior figures inside Trump's White House were deeply concerned that the activities by the President and those close to him could reach the level of illegal behavior.

Trump was trying to advance his political interest trying to get an investigation of the Bidens started in Ukraine. Yovanovitch would not play along. Trump ordered her fired, and the pliant Pompeo did so instead of standing up for a career state department ambassador.

McKinley was the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State. He previously served as United States Ambassador to Brazil, Afghanistan, Colombia and Peru. He joined the Foreign Service in 1982, and now the valuable, highly experienced public servant is gone, another casualty of the Trump administration.

Look, if Donald Trump porked a hooker in the Oval Office while snort coke from her crack, I’d say let the voters decide. But considering his alleged misdeeds include seeking foreign aid in influencing the outcome of an election, I’m not sure letting him approach an election with his actions unchallenged is terrible wise
And when it comes down to it, the voters likely will decide. I hold no grand delusion that that the senate will to convict and remove. But I see extreme value in the house upholding its duty to exercise checks and balances on the executive branch, and I think America deserves to see the misdeeds of Trump and they deserve a comprehensive list of all the republicans senators that could care less. The democrats are giving the American people that which they deserve.
