    so, Trump has decided that the G7 summit will take place at one of his own resorts.

    the US govt. will pay the resort handsomely. And the resort's profits all go to Trump.

    this is a violation of the US Constitution, corruption laws, and the Emoluments Clause.

    Do Republicans care at all?

    Will they ever care about Trump using the office of the Presidency to benefit his own businesses?

    Will they ever care about Trump receiving foreign funds to his businesses and hotels, which is an act of foreign bribery?

    Where is the line?

    You are doing like the MSM. Trump is charging only the actual cost with no profit built in. Sad how the media leaved that point out.

    Free advertising of his resort on every news outlet in the world during the summit is not "profit"?

    What is the "actual cost" of something that makes him money?

    The media has every right NOT to report on unverified stories. Until the cost analysis of the charges are made public then it cannot be truthfully (you remember that word don’t you?) reported that no profits will be going to Trump himself

    That his head is still attached to his body while he's on CNN is a profitable advertisement for his brand.

    Quite clearly it is a violation of the constitution for him to appear on TV head intact. Where's Jihadi John when you need him?

    You do realize the shear hypocrisy that statement represents :) I mean, seriously, the media, RIGHTS to not? It hilarious to even suggest our media ever exercises good judgment or verified information.. That's simply not the way propaganda works BB :)

    So they CAN report on unverified information if it slams Trump, but they cant comment on the financials (which they do) until they see the financials?

    I appreciate the failed attempt at an analogy..........but this is Trump deciding to send government business to a property he owns. I'll be surprised if it doesn't end up being an article of impeachment.
