    And $10 million will make all that embarrassment, frustration, anger, humiliation, increased vulnerability and racial stigmatization go away. Total BS. I smell another hoax.

    Has this hotel ever had black guests before? Who weren't harrassed? Because if they have (and it's a certainty that they have), it'll be difficult to make this stick. If the law doesn't look to precedent, as is universally required in such matters, you can no longer trust your judicial system. When ideology supersedes long established protocols, NK can't be far off.

    If theres not more to the story, he wins lawsuit and should.

    Its very likely theres more to the story.
