Over 20 percent of the attendees at yesterdays Trump rally were democrats.

Things are gonna sting for dems next november.

Be a shame if this boomerangs and Tusli's support grows.

That'd be great, and while I'm supporting Trump for another four, I wouldn't be distressed by a Gabbard WH.

It's not the Russians. We need look no further than our own shores.

By talking about the Russians, you are ignoring the thoughts of a wide swathe of the American public who know that our interventions in Iraq, Libya and Syria were huge mistakes.

Patriotic Americans on both sides of the aisle agree that America must defend herself against existential threats, like Al Qaeda for example. Were we not all happy that Osama bin Laden met his end at the hands of American soldiers? And, since then, we have continued to hit AQ in a number of countries. Earlier this year we killed OBL's son, an AQ luminary and likely future supreme leader. I don't think you'll find any objection to any of that from either side of the aisle because that is our business.

What is not our business is involving ourselves in middle eastern civil wars that are posing no threat to us. What was going on in Libya and at the start of the Syrian rebellion had zero effect on our national security, but we felt it was our business to police the world. Both outcomes have been disasters. We have even armed our very own avowed enemies in the Syrian debacle.

Syria has been under the Russian sphere of influence since the 1950s. These talking heads on TV who say we're "giving Syria to Putin" seem to be conveniently ignoring that fact. We cannot give Putin something he has already had for 60 years, and Syria is not ours to give ... Lol, as if Syria was somehow magically the 51st state.

There are neo-con warhawks in both parties, in the DC establishment, and in the media.

Just because they want to police the world and keep our military endlessly at war, doesn't mean we have to want to also. Fortunately, we get a vote on the matter. It's one of several big reasons why I support Trump and why I like Tulsi Gabbard a lot.

And I can guarantee you, I am not a Russian asset.

Haha, right, because you support Trump, and you see Tulsi as a true credible threat to his winning a second term. Have you ever gone to her campaign website? https://www.tulsi2020.com/

If you pull down half way, she recites the Pledge of Alliance and then makes a short statement. I found it very moving and unusual compared to the other Dems running.

Undoubtedly, I would disagree with some of her progressive goals and policies if she ever won the White House. But I would believe that we had an intelligent, independent, honest President, who truly loves America and who respects all Americans, regardless of anything else (excepting perhaps Hillary Clinton).

Beyond harming Democrats, the Russians are also served by boosting as many kooks in US politics as they can. It makes us look all the more absurd to the rest of the world. Then there is the ever-present goal of tearing us apart from the inside, getting us in-fighting to the point of getting nothing significant accomplished while we talk about a new civil war.

That asymmetric warfare is really paying off for Putin. It's cheap enough for his tiny economy to handle and it's slowly destroying us from the inside and getting him what he wants as surely as total military victory would.

That video is enough for dems to label her as a white nationalist.

Democrats see Russians everywhere. This all began the day after Hillary lost. Before 2016 Democrats were all like... 1984 called, wants is cold war back...

Yes, she's a Major in the HI NG.

If I recall, she first entered the enlisted ranks with a medical related MOS. After her tour of duty was finished, she got her education and earned a commission.

I'm an independent, and I do like her. I know I'm repeating myself, but I plan to vote for Trump in 2020, and that will be an easy choice, given who the leading Dem candidates are.

The reasons why so many GOP voters on this board like her are for things like character, love of country, independence of thought, foreign policy, and a message of unity rather than divisiveness. If Trump were to lose in 2020, I would want it to be to her.

I’m not seeing the slightest amount of character, love of country, message of unity or any foreign policy knowledge in Trump. I am hoping to see someone with those qualities from either party emerge before the general. I’m not really concerned about any of this left vs right crap or whether it’s a Democrat or a Republican. I’d just like a qualified, honest person who is willing to work across the aisle with their counterparts. Who knows, maybe someone like that will emerge. I’d vote for Tulsi in a New York minute, Mayor Pete too. I would also consider voting for Kasich, Romney, Sasse or Bill Weld.

Not when she starts ranting and raving about a conspiracy against her being masterminded by big, bad Hillary.

The more I learn about Tulsi the more I like her. She is the Democrat I fear the most.
