Why? How? the ZEF isn't a child....Is calling a kidney a kidney dehumanizing it?

It IS if he wants it to be! "Child" is not a scientific word. If he said, ZEF is a new way the secular uses to dehumanize and legitimize the killing of INFANTS/NEONATES, then that would be scientifically incorrect.

Rene, when did I even mention "ZEF?" I asked you what you were referring to when you said that there was no difference in value. Unless you meant that there IS a difference?

Will a fetus ever become a pink unicorn? Exactly!

Yes, it is indeed VERY sad that you made a poor argument which you've not been able to defend! "Pink unicorn." :roflol:

It's only sadder that you can't prove that (since it's in your imagination only) :)

All you have ever done is ask questions....and that's not an "argument" at all.

    Prove what?

I have repeatedly made the argument that fetuses can be called babies.

I see that you still haven't been able able to defend your pink unicorn argument! :roflol:

How the hell isn't it an argument? That's like me saying that you saying that "banning abortion forces women to gestate" isn't an argument.

I had no pink unicorn argument.

YOU: ""I have repeatedly made the argument that fetuses can be called babies."""

Again, you may call it anything you want but it is not part of a legitimate debate(argument) on abortion.

:) You saying it doesn't make it true.

And "banning abortion forces women to gestate" IS a legitimate part of the abortion debate.

You weren't saying that calling it a baby is just as stupid as calling it a pink unicorn?

You didn't say that what I said wasn't "a legitimate part of the abortion debate", you just said that it wasn't an argument. You should have said what you meant.

then it should be a ZEFC...The reason there is no C is because not one legitimizes killing children.to people like you life begins at conception but ends at birth

Please explain the bigoted suggestion "people like you", and then explain "my feelings" that life ends at birth.

I just experienced my daughter lose a son. His name was Hudson. He had a baby room all ready for him. He was taken by emergency c section at 7-1/2 months in the womb. He survived about 3 hrs in his mothers arms. He was held by familly far longer. Yes, we buried Hudson. Then we had a "celebration of life". Almost 200 attended. My daughter and we still grieve. Had he survived, he would have had his own room and a joyful life with his brothers and sisters. I find it callous of you to suggest "People like Me" believe life ends at birth.
Would you have any feelings for a child cut to pieces in the womb at 7-1/2 months?

No, actually they are YOUR words: """
    """"yabberefugee said:
Renee, com'on and get real. You called it child birth. It seems to suggest a child is in the womb and soon to be born. Often that child is cut to pieces by an abortionist (man or woman) with the consent of a potential mother. I can't imagine the pain of childbirth. Perhaps it is like getting kicked in the balls four or five times, I don't know. Have you ever experienced that? I do know that on this earth sometimes we are given pain in order that we might experience an overwhelming "Blessing". In this case, it is the gift of life. Many women actually look forward to it.
A women breeds when she is committing the sexual act. At least that is the way with mares and studs. When she conceives .....that is the spark of life. To have a women breed against her will it would be rape......a very small fraction of conceptions.""""

That does NOT mean all women do …

The few women you know do not rule over other women.

So what? ….and "self centered"? Ya, spoken like someone who will never have to face pregnancy and childbirth.....or even questions in this thread :)

Why wouldn't it be....the poster believes in CHOICE.

Would it be better to FORCE the woman to be raped the rest of her life?

But not bigger than """you are just one of those very self centered women that can't see beyond the pain.""

And yet you yourself didn't see any difference in value between your daughter when she was days away from birth and post-birth,

i am so sorry for the loss of your grandson. That’s heartbreaking My friend had a similar experience but her little girl survived but sadly is blind and has some other disabilities. Yes I would have terrible feelings if a 7 1/2 month fetus that was healthy was “cut to pieces” but of course that does t happen. But would you sacrifice your daughter if you knew that her fetus would kill her?

That last one was a very civil question, Renee, and deserves a civil answer from me. We were aware of that possibility and in unison we made the doctors aware that my daughters life was of ultimate importance over Hudson but wanted everything done to save the baby. It's a tough decision but life is precious.
Abortion is available in some states up to the point of birth. In fact, it has been discussed, that a birth can happen, make the baby comfortable, then we'll talk about whether to let it live. I would venture to say there are more late term abortions than there are abortions brought about by rape. The abortion subject is a "slippery slope" as we define and redefine life. China is far more advanced in that area than us. Abortion there is demanded according to sex of the baby. Organs of prisoners are harvested routinely so I imagine there is a demand for baby body parts as well. There is great suspicion it happens here in this country. What was that doctor doing in Indiana discovered with over a thousand dead children preserved in his garage? It would be interesting to know the stages of development of all of those babies.
Renee, this is a tasteless discussion and I am prayerfully sorry we even have to discuss it.

A country that has forced abortions is "more advanced than our country !!??? What??? Or are you saying this country should allow abortions based on the sex of the fetus ??!!!!!

He had them PRESERVED, he did not sell the parts.

You can google it but what difference would it make?

What would have to be done to a ANY fetus to save ANY woman's life?

I noted that you can't seem to answer my questions or respond to my posts which is understandable, you have no answers...

It is not a tasteless discussion because it affects millions and millions of
Women. What I find most distressing is that you act as though abortion up to the point of birth is a common occurrence. It doesn’t happen unless there is a mother’s life involved. A woman has to make that same awful decision the way your daughter might have had to make.Do you really think that a woman will go through nine months of risking her health and the discomfort of pregnancy just to say at the last minute she wants an abortion? That is an insult to women.. we are not China but there is a similarity in that men want to make these decisions.
I also find it offensive that you cite a Doctor Who was breaking the law and making it sound like it was the norm. I read about a Doctor Who raped women so shall I make that the norm for doctors?
ps how is your daughter doing?i hope well
