I've mentioned before that my sister is gay and she's dead set against any letters which go beyond LBT. She knows she's a woman who prefers other women. She can't understand or accept that people who reject their own biology and would glom on to the LGB people as tag-alongs, to her that's an entirely different category of people. Talk to my sister about all the letters that come after LGB and get ready for an ear full reasons why the Ts have absolutely nothing to do with the LGBs and only diminish, if not outright ridicule, what the LGB people fought for.
