Seattle Public Schools Say Math Is Racist

Oh, come on. Is this how the left is going to keep racism alive? Math is not racist, it's not bigoted, homophobic, Islamophobic, or any other ist or phobe, it's math.

In my opinion, this is just another way for the left to perpetuate the notion that certain people can be victims of just about anything.

Sorry, but the 'everything is racist' is part of what's left of Obama's legacy.

Have to agree that Obama normalized some of this **** by not squashing it the second he heard it. It was his job to dispel some of this insanity. I truly though he was going to be a champion of squashing out most of the AA crap and excuse making. But nope!!! He championed it instead. He made it worse. I truly though an educated black man who supposedly worked his ass off achieving what he got would NOT have caved to all the excuses and petty race card crap. He blew it and lost that massive opportunity to make a difference. All he did was make it even worse.

 

It's just the left trying to keep the peasants uneducated and easy to control. Keeping them dependent and dumb.

MATH IS. Obtain proficiency in it and prosper. Obtain mastery of it and really prosper.

Avoid advanced math in your college studies and just get by with degrees of little or average value.

MATH doesn't see color, religion, gender, height, width, body fat, eye color, alopecia, or even a wheelchair.

MATH just IS. Built into the universe. Take it or leave it but bear the results either way. You will bear the results.

 

Here are the career possibilities for Math Ethnic Studies graduates:
1. Burger flipper
2. Janitor
3. Apple picker
4. Political activist
5. Career welfare recipient

Remember that the progressive elite do not send their children to the public schools, this garbage tier education is for the riff-raff.

imo no. It is based on natural ability and performance on the diverse fields of athletic endeavor.

But if an individual athlete does something which tends to kill the goose that laid the golden egg, ability may not matter, he's gone.

It's not that math is racist, it's that people of European descent (Westerners) tend to have higher IQ's than most other groups.

In the world of radical progressivism, all humans are precisely the same, everything is a social construct, biology doesn't apply to humans... SO... if one group of people excels while another is struggling, it must be do to some environmental condition... hence why everything under the sun is racist.

 

Not sure why one would avoid advanced math, i.e, hedge funds use calculus, and set theory for the queries. In finance, advanced math is necessary.

Funny! Claiming that athletics is racist is just as silly as claiming math is racist. Blacks are over represented in some athletics but in others they are under represented for example : swimming, ice speed skating, basically winter starts. Of course that is likely economic and social.
