    Being in the hospital can be frustrating. When you get out don't rush into things be very careful and make the guys wait on you for a change. Be a prima donna.

    yep, got a friend that owns an outfitter store, he keeps a logbook of the weather (30+ years) because his shop is small and cant carry enough inventory for every season. he's had to demand that his suppliers ship only when he calls in, because they try to ship according to the calander, which no longer works... he use to get winter clothes in october, now he waits till end of november early december, on the flip side he still needs winter gear up until end of april... iow we still have the same number of winter & summer days for the last 30 years (proven by his log book) but they occur during different months now...

    What the hell is that? Breakfast for the old and toddering!! You need two more pancakes, at least two eggs sans the shell, 3 strips of bacon, and a shot of tobasker…. how are you expected to get back your groove on THAT???

    There is nothing wrong with this breakfast that a couple of biscuits and some gravy wouldn’t fix. Glad to hear that you are doing better.

    could be worse... vegan pancake (singular) and a tofu strip of what appears to be bacon but tastes like playdough dipped in turmeric & cinnamon

    Just back from the Apple Store. Now if I avoid the left side of the key it works. IOW, will have to ship it to Apple for a real fix - eventually.

    The first thing I do when awakening is feed my Pet.
    Then I have a cup of Almond Milk w/ a banana and some dried
    apricots and my pill.A new pill that's better than those blood pressure
    pills.It's some kind of rare Cinnamon that is known for controlling blood sugar
    and also cholesterol.
    Then at mid-morning I have a hardy breakfast.With a mega drink.
    A Health diet for lunch { Salad loaded with greens and broccoli and
    good caesar dressing } POM for drinking.

    wanna do healthy? stay away from supplements, they are not fda regulated by law... they can literally put anything they wish in them...
