First off, it's not been proven that Trump lied, but we all know he exaggerates. So his strategy to make the leader of ISIS appear as very weak, merely shows that Trump understands the concept of defeating an enemy psychologically as well as physically. To actually defeat the enemy it requires making the right moves from all angles.

So I'd say NO, this one aspect or strategy will not stop ISIS from reforming, but it's a step in the right direction as opposed to other previous leaders who proved to be failures and evidently couldn't even get this small part right.

Look at Trump, he's simultaneously fighting ISIS, the DEMS, the Socialists, the RINOS, the Globalists, the MSM, and so many more and he still comes up a winner. He's one of a kind, and the best president ever!
