You know, I have distrusted both major parties for, say the last 30 years. I seen both parties use what you deem the divide and conquer strategy when it comes to elections and campaigns. Pitting groups of voters against other groups of voters. Our campaigns from both sides have developed into negative personal attacks, mud slinging, distortions of facts or outright lies and fabrication. I suppose the whole idea is to get the voter to hate the other guy more than they hate you. Substance, new ideas, possible solutions to our problems, a vision where the candidates want to take this country has vanished. Now it is pure mud slinging.

Sure, those in one party will always think their party doesn't use the divide and conquer strategy along with the rest. That's the partisan effect of wearing those red or blue deep colored glasses. Now to join that distrust of both major parties, with the selection of Trump and Hillary Clinton by those same major parties in 2016. I've come to the conclusion that both have lost all sanity.

It seems to me those of the two major party faithful now put their party way above country. I know that is a cliche. But one I think true. We've seen the growth of the party line vote in both houses over the last 30 years where it had been a very rare instance before to become the norm. To be expected. Also what is expected is the Republicans to oppose any Democratic proposal, the Democrats to oppose any Republican proposal. The opposition is not based on the merits of the proposal, but who proposed it.

I don't think one can blame the division in this country on Trump alone. Although he certainly has help that along. It's both parties that are causing our division, especially when the R and or the D replaces the big A, America.

Yeah, its not an official proposal, but it is something that he has done that is like China's communism, and Presidents often do things that they never campaigned on. Will he do such as President? Here's the funny thing about that...whether it was a "good call" or a "QPQ call" has been entirely subjective with the exception of two instances. Each person that has testified on it so far, from what we have seen, has given nothing more than opinions. They haven't actually given any proof. Those two instances that I talked about...One was from the President of Ukraine himself who said that there was no QPQ. The other was from the texts released by Cummings that show that Trump stated that there was no QPQ. Everything else that has come out on the subject has been subjective. Which means that people are going to view it from a personal perspective and it will either be bad if they hate Trump, or good if they like Trump.

Now, Trump may lie, but I have no reason to think that Ukraine's President would lie. In fact I would tend to believe that he wouldn't considering he ran on ending corruption and, like Trump, is not a career politician.

This is so incorrect it's not even wrong. It is the Democrats and the left that have been consciously, openly and hell bent on destroying our republic, Constitution, and country since 2008 when Obama announced the goal was "fundamental transformation of the United States." They have been fighting the 1st, 2nd and 5th amendment ever since. They are now vociferously fighting the separation of powers and the constitutional election of the president and, among other things, to destroy the electoral college. They have been destroying our institutions and weakening our military and economy. They are fighting for essentially open borders. They are fighting proper voting laws. Trump attacking the media does nothing to the 1st amendment, but Obama wanting federal agents in every editorial room of print and media journalism certainly would have.

You need to get a grip and open your eyes just a bit.
