So I see silly stuff created to accost the law abiding citizens! But where O Where is the laws and programs you have laid awake at night concerning the felons and criminals and their guns?

I'm so excited to finally see someone with real substance in their approach to GUN CONTROL!

So he is advocating that one must pay sales tax to vote? That does sound like it would be illegal..

Nope, it would not stop people from getting guns if they really wanted them without using legal channels..

Cradle to grave, it's a dream of every red blooded socialist.. Only problem is it means "out of the cradle and in to the grave" quickly in practice.

    Here's my gun control proposal

    1. Everyone can have a gun if eligible to vote, save FULL Auto's and those require a permit, and have it with them.
    2. Use of said firearm in the commission of a crime gets one shipped off to prison for 20+ years.
    a. if someone is injured or dies the death penalty steps in.
    3. Use of said firearm in a manner meant to intimidate, wearing/carrying is not intimidation, is a 5+ year sentence each occurrence..
    4. Use of internet to push anti-gun BS gets one PC taken away and banned from the parents basement..

2nd amendment is clear about the right of an individual to keep and to bear arms and such right SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED upon.

Since it is an AMENDMENT, it cannot be nullified or infringed upon by simple majority vote. It can only be changed or nullified by another amendment, and that requires 2/3rds majority vote of both US House of Reps and US Senate, AND approval of the US President. The bill then must be ratified by at least 3/4ths of the States of the US, which requires a State legislature approval of 2/3rds in each of there state congressional houses and also approval of the governor.

It would be unconstitutional and unlawful for a US President to issue an executive order violating any established amendment to the US Constitution.
