Whatever characterizations you need to contrive for Democratic members of the committees are applicable to Republican members as well, yes. You fake claim that Democrats are licensed by the Chairman to leak while Republicans are denied such a privilege is nonsense, of course.

 

Manafort, represented by counsel, was indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced (in contrast to unAmerican mobs who stridently insist that political opponents should be "locked up" without due process.)

As noted, the crimes of which Manafort was convicted have no relation to his capacity as Trump's Campaign Chairman, and Alexa Chalupa had brought his sordid machinations to the attention of Ukrainian authorities prior to his being hired by Trump.

Oh, why not. Part of my reluctance and difficulty is the near impossibility of finding any media reports that are favorable to Trump or or not favorable to Democrats -- they don't write that news anymore. But I did find a report in Politico which was a detailed description of the DNC asking, starting in January 2016, Ukraine for help with the Democrats defeat of Trump. And it wasn't 'sounded like' and you do not need to parse the hell out of it to draw a picture.
