Reality vs. Trump supporters

Did anyone see Kellyanne Conway's performance on Fox News this past Sunday? Chris Wallace essentially put the screws to her by NOT letting her BS regarding Trump and the Ukraine transcript and subsequent hearings. Just google "Kellyanne Conway Chris Wallace" to piece together the video clips.

Conway's "alternative facts" approach just isn't cutting it anymore.

 

And it's actually becoming counter-productive. It works great with most Fox viewers who are just Trump loyalists. But normal people become more enraged when they see Trump's lackeys just assuming that they are utter fools. Facts have never been the friend of Trump. And next week they'll see the facts on national TV. It's going to hurt them badly if they can't come up with some actual counter-argument instead of their usual assumption that people hearing them are dummies.

 

So people who watch Fox aren't normal? Interesting how you lump everyone in, care to clarify?

Normal people would see what's happening in two pieces:

1st Piece: The left wanted Trump gone before he even took office. The made up lies, told one sided stories, leaked one sided info, stretched the truth and ignored his accomplishments. Every good thing Trump did was met by the left with all sorts of negatives about it. When the left couldn't make up something negative the reported on 2 scoops, chicken with a fork, well done steak and spelling errors. The left is going full throttle on impeachment even though they know it will never pass the Senate and could quite possibly aid his re-election. They do this out of sheer hate and obedience. Now if you want to consider that normal.......

2nd Piece: Let's say Trump is guilty of something the left is currently accusing him of, so what? It's trivial, nothing changes, this is merely a method for the media and left wing politicians to have their moment of screaming like the left did after Trump was elected. No matter what Trump may or may not be guilty of, he's still doing the job he said he would to the best of his ability, and unlike his predecessor, he hasn't weaponized the FBI, CIA, IRS, EPA and other agencies against his enemies.

So you guys enjoy your day of hateful screaming while believing yourselves to be the normal ones. Anyone who cares about America knows Trump is doing what's best for the entire country. Unlike the guy whose legacy Trump erased, Trump doesn't put special groups into their little special boxes and cater to them for votes. Where the left sees gays, women, blacks, browns, Muslims, etc, Trump simply sees Americans.

 

Yeah... he only weaponized the State Department against his political enemies. But he's such an idiot that he got caught

Meanwhile, Obama’s IRS took the 5th and apologized, his FBI fired people, his EPA reversed their policies, and the State Dept emails, well, you know that story.

How many of Obama’s slobs took the 5th or got immunity? Now how many of Trump’s people have?

While I whole heatedly agree with what you are saying, but putting belief over what one's lying eyes is telling one, is the more common way of thinking among humans, around the world, and throughout history. It seems to be a minority, though a sizable minority of people who trust their eyes.

 

Have you heard Lindsey Graham's latest defense of Trump? He claims Trump is too incompetent to pull it off. Well duh. He did get caught. And he is going to be impeached, and rightfully so as his corruption is much worse than Nixon's was.

Yes.... but not in politics. Historically, most who are ruled don't trust their rulers. Even those who say they do just to stay on their "good side".

 

So basically what you just said was this:

The left is going after Trump and will lie about him, among other things. But even if they're telling the truth, it's okay because Trump only did something trivial when he asked foreign governments to interfere in our election by going out of their way to dig up dirt on one of his political opponents.

Trump didn't do bad, and even if he did, it was a good bad. Or at least not a bad bad.
