    By sticking the gun in the old man's face the young man declared war on him. The law-abiding man had every right to kill the criminal. You don't have to assume any risk and wait to see if the criminal is going to harm you, just kill the somebeach.

    I don't quite agree with that. I believe in a redemptive spirit. Sometimes defending innocent life requires the taking of a life. Especially when liberals as yourself seem to promote the toleration of evil which you don't seem to recognize.

    The MSM didn’t actually do this, the poster that submitted the article did.
    The title Homeowner shoots intruder during alleged home invasion is the heading for the article.
    Changing the title of an article is in violation of forum rules, which is why I asked @jay runner why they believed race was so imperative to not mention it only once, but twice even though the article didn’t mention race at all and there appears to be no racial motive.

    So far, no response.

    cause the right doesn't believe every family should have a right to own a gun, they believe if you stole a car as a teen or something you lose the right to bear arms to protect your homes and family later in life - they do not support the 2nd Amendment as a right, but rather a privilege

    There is that, the idea that the old man rescued himself and wasn't hurt, while the intruder was, that does make you feel good.
    Willya stawp. You should understand that facetious/sarcasm just somehow doesn't come over the net at all and if you you're being serious you''re being silly. "Lefties" want to mainly see guns limited to sane people and in sane configurations. ( if you can''t bring down a deer with 10 shots you shouldn't be hunting).
