You can read the letter at the above link. Individuals being requested by the Republicans, and pending approval from the Democrats, include Hunter Biden, the unknown Whistleblower, Devon Archer, and Nellie Ohr.

I suspect most of these witness will get vetoed as they are largely irrelevant to Trump's behavior.

They're not irrelevant if they show that the level of corruption being committed by the Biden's warranted an investigation.

The whistleblowers name is Eric Ciaramella and his testimony IS relevant to the investigation.

They would still be irrelevant even if they confessed to the crime before that phone call.

Domestic investigative agencies are supposed to handle investigations into citizens. If they want or need cooperation from a foreign government, then they make the proper requests.

At no point is it proper for a President to personally request the start of an investigation against a US citizen from a foreign power. And to do so while simultaneously and unilaterally holding up hundreds of millions in military aid, a requested meeting, and a restoration of trade rights is an abuse of power.

What are you talking about? That picture mis-labels a person and that has resulted in a person wholly unrelated to the Ukraine situation receiving death threats.

I suppose Hunter Biden will just refuse to respond to the summonses and subpoenas just like all the Dirty Donald dirt bag gang has.

Won't have to, the majority has control over the issuance of any subpoenas.

Sounds like a list of folks in a desperate attempt to justify the president’s delusions and lawlessness.

Here's what's going to happen: Schiff & Co will make this entire episode so biased, so lopsided, so unfair, and so stupid that the senate will say no serious person could ever consider it at all. At that time the left will perform their traveling roadshow stating they had Trump as good as impeached and blame the senate for letting him off the hook. That is about the only way I can see the left attempting to save face after this farce.

They'll get Morrison and Hale and Volker, although Volker likely not with Taylor as requested.. 3 witnesses at 1 time is distracting.

My guess is Schiff could call Volker with Sondland, who's coming eventually.. funny how the R's dont include Sondland..

BTW, that letter belongs in the dirtbag Hall Of Fame... what a bunch of nonsense..

Before impeachment started, everyone knew that the most likely outcome would be impeachment and acquittal because it is really unlikely to flip 20 GOP senators.

But those Senators and everyone Congressman and every local official will need to defend acquitting and re-electing an impeached President.

    So that'll be fun.

So you believe every democrat will vote to impeach? And what will voters do to the politicians who vote for impeachment?

Enough will vote to impeach - the two who refused to join the authorization vote may very well again refuse to vote to impeach. In terms of removal, the most vulnerable Democratic senator who faces an election next year is Doug Jones. He is the biggest unknown and his decision might very well hinge on who wins the Republican primary.

Incorrect. Ambassador Taylor has said under oath, it is improper to blackmail another Country to force it to investigate an offence committed in that Country against that the Laws of that Country.

Another point is that Trump had been investigated over false allegations and was allowing Gulliani to work as his defense attorney, in order to find evidence to clear Trump's name or set up a countersuit against those responsible for the false allegations that Trump had colluded with Russia.
