I can believe our country has become that fractured. I just don't know how people could have become so unAmerican and ignorant of socioeconomics and history to support any of that on the Democrat side.

As well as thinking the Democrats have ANY basis to impeach President Trump. The Dems have released another transcript however:

The Swamp. Too bad only voters can drain this one.

More proof... from Fox News feed

Mark Meadows caught MSNBC's anti-GOP bias 'in real time,' Charlie Kirk says

    ...

During Caldwell's report, Meadows -- a member of the House Oversight and Reform Committee -- walked by with his staff, so Caldwell attempted to flag him down for an impromptu interview, but he declined. Caldwell then continued her report, claiming Republicans "are really struggling to defend the president."

Meadows was off camera at the time but within earshot of Caldwell. Suddenly, he returned to Caldwell, leaned into her camera shot, and sternly responded:

"I'm not struggling on anything. The Republicans are not struggling on anything," he said, continuing to further defend President Trump.

On "The Ingraham Angle," Kirk admonished Caldwell, suggesting she should have asked Meadows whether the GOP was struggling rather than make a statement herself.

"Be a journalist," Kirk said. "Say, 'Are you struggling?' You don't have to tell the congressman what is going on because you're the journalist."

American Spectator contributing editor Jeffrey Lord added that he and some colleagues recently visited Trump and found him to be in good spirits -- and not appearing as concerned about impeachment as some Trump critics believe.

He passionately believes in the American people. ... He was terrific when I saw him.

"He is upbeat, he's focused ... he's energetic," Lord said.

    Oh, geez--break out the camo.

Why can't you be for owning a firearm for self-defense, protecting livestock if you're a farmer, hunting, etc? Why pretend you're going to start the revolution?

    Great reception by real Americans.

‘REAL AMERICA’: Trump Greeted By Thunderous Applause At LSU-Alabama Game

President Donald Trump was greeted by a thunderous round of applause and cheers on Saturday in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, during the college football match-up between rival SEC teams LSU and Alabama.

"I love Alabama,” Trump said Friday. “I’m going to go watch a very good football game, which is tomorrow with LSU, and it’s going to be great.”

“Ahead of an expected visit from President Donald Trump, Alabama’s Student Government Association sent a letter to students warning that they could lose their block seating for the rest of the season if they ‘engage in disruptive behavior’ during the LSU game,” The Tennessean reported. “Jason Rothfarb, the SGA’s vice president of student affairs, sent out a letter citing the increased security at Saturday’s game between the second-ranked Crimson Tide and No. 1 LSU. President Donald Trump is expected to attend the game, and Alabama is warning fans to arrive early and expect longer waits getting into Bryant-Denny Stadium. The letter stated in part: “Any organizations that engage in disruptive behavior during the game will be removed from block seating instantly for the remainder of the season.

”Multiple reporters noted that there were repeated chants of “USA!” after the crowd saw the president.

Considering this latest Ukraine impeachment attempt is like plan E or F of getting rid of Trump, they have nothing on Trump that constitutes high crimes and misdemeanors. Trump Derangement Syndrome is out of control. That being said, there is no other candidate on either side that has more to offer, or better to offer, than Trump. The economy is doing very well, unemployment numbers are very low, especially for Hispanics and Blacks Americans, historically. Less people on welfare and food stamps, actual border security is being implemented, illegal immigration being cracked down on, more favorable trade deals being negotiated, smarter military moves being made, etc. Who has better to offer?

The short-term uses of a firearm is indeed self-defense, hunting, target shooting. However the reason for the Second amendment was much more ominous, and that was to protect the freedom of the people should it's government ever get out of control and try to become their master. It is the insurance policy for the First amendment and the rest of the constitution- and not to be infringed.

We have a situation right now where the rise of the liberal, socialist and democratic views look dangerous enough to give us pause to remember that.
The right certainly does not want a revolution- the question as I see it is if the left will settle for less.

A different time. The idea that an aroused citizenry will effectively take up arms against an oppressor is a pipe dream.
    Part of the pipe dream.
    Wooly stuff.

And I wanted to smack anybody and everybody at CBS who was broadcasting the game and didn't allow any of that to be seen. They cut away to commercial or focused on announcer commentary so their audience saw none of it. They are so pathetically hateful and hypocritical. Those there said even the students were cheering the President.

You have the history of the electoral college wrong.

    https://www.smithsonianmag.com/history/electoral-college-has-been-divisive-day-one-180961171/

It had little to do with deterring urban tyranny and everything to do with the colonies whose populations included few voters, but many non-voters in the form of slaves. Only white male property owners were allowed to vote, and slave-heavy colonies wanted two things: they wanted their entire population, including slaves, counted towards their number of congressional representatives, and they wanted to avoid paying property taxes on the slaves. This is where the "3/5ths of a person" law came into being. For each colony, their EC votes were counted as one for each senator, and one for each House rep, giving each a minimum of three EC votes.

This system no longer makes sense in a modern world. It causes a great disparity between the voters of one state and the voters of another. For example, Wyoming has 3 EC vote, one for each Senator and one for the single House rep, because their population only comes to 577,737, which is 192,579 residents per EC vote.

California, on the other hand, has 39.56 million residents and 55 EC votes, giving a total of 13,186,000 or so people per EC vote. Thats a disparity of over 64 people to 1 per EC vote. That means that 1 Wyoming voter equals 64 California voters. That's minority rule, a punishment, a disenfranchisement for millions of people who choose to live and work in America's cities. It's tyranny of the many by the few.

So, your snarkiness about who is and who is not educated? Who is and who is not willfully ignorant? Back at ya.

Sounds like there's a history of supporting losers. Must be frustrating to know the EC isn't going away and Donald Trump will win a second term. Bless your heart.

There has been only one liberal plan ... get rid of Trump by discrediting him to the 30% or so of voters in the middle. Unless they blow it by nominating someone too liberal, Trump is almost certain to lose.

    0E72FA5A-05A9-4493-A405-DD1B8FB17EB0.jpeg
There's plenty of evidence Trump tried to extort Zelensky to get him to announce the Ukraine is investigating Joe Biden. It wasn't enough to quietly investigate--Trump wanted Zelensky to make a show of it, apparently with the intent of having the announcement to use against Biden.
You're not helping yourself with those of us in the political middle who question Trump's behavior.
Hard to believe anyone actually believes Trump is the best choice for President.
That's the Trump propaganda. The facts are what you see below.

    upload_2019-11-10_7-47-14.png

    Trump's economy looks a lot like 2013-15.
    Unemployment was already low.

    upload_2019-11-10_7-55-33.png
Being negotiated? Where are the results? He's already backing down on China. NAFTA? All he got was managed auto trade with Mexico.
Smarter like abandoning our Kurd allies?
