Hillary was NEGLIGENT but it is IMPOSSIBLE to PROVE INTENT which is WHY she was never prosecuted. She would have been if they could have met that burden of proof.

The Secret Service is NOT beholden to protect a convicted criminal. Even if Warren or Sanders of even Biden were to pardon his YUUUGE orange ass the state of NY can still prosecute him and jail him when he is found guilty. Agnew was found guilty of similar tax evasion crimes and he copped a plea deal.

So your BLOTUS is going to definitely face the prospect of doing hard time behind bars. Not sure if a judge has to accept a plea deal so it is going to be interesting to see what transpires.

That law has no effect outside of the jurisdiction of the USA. If Bush or Cheney were overseas and arrested and tried for war crimes at the Hague there would be nothing that would stop that from happening to them. A lack of US "assistance" would not protect either of them from prosecution.
