    You'll notice, even though Hunter's ONLY skill, is being the son of a former vice president, but got paid FAT so influence could be bought and Don Jr. has actual talent and skills, and used them to get paid, sure likely with some help from Pops, that they only **** on the conservative...

    The Book title is Triggered. Other than in that context, the Title and the OP did mention the word.

    I think it was a group gobsmacked by the fact that the same man who claims the reason he doesn’t have followers is that Instagram is “hiding” his posts put his name on a ghost written book called “triggered”
